I think or would hope that TER has evolved and that we now realize that BBFS does exist and really isn't so hush, hush as before.
Now this will be tricky and I would hope that some ladies will chime in but... fuck it....here's the deal.
I came across a young lady's reviews (yes she's a K-Girl). She had two different profiles setup on TER, both had the same ad attached, same everything except one profile with one review had her base list price while the other profile, with review was upped by $100 because the guy paid for the BBFS. It's noted in her ad the upsell for BBFS. But again, both the same girl.
Now here's what might be cool ..or maybe bad...not sure but I'll let the peanut gallery weight in.
On the ladies profile, have a check box: BBFS with the selection to choose from being, "No", "Yes". "YMMV" or "Yes with Upcharge"......well whatda ya think?
Now the downside is that some stalker or some pissed off chick might want retaliation for whatever reason. And I know the first reviewer set the tone on the profile, so maybe he caught her on a good day, I dunno ... See I said this could be tricky.
Now, let's not be blind about this, it happens mostly in the K-Girl world but in my playground it seems that most all reviews are with K-Girls. It's in their ads and they're very open about it so why not??
Ok chumps, bring it on....Watch the K-Girl monger lose their shit over this....lol

Leave the BBFS info in the “Juicy Details”.

Adding a box check will only result in a large increase of fake, vindictive, and contested reviews.

People in this hobby are risk takers by nature.  I get it.  But putting this kind of pressure on providers is a great way to spread STDs.

Let's all have fun, but let's be smart. I supposed if people do BBFS, that's between hobbyist and provider.  But using the boards to promote it is a great way to the increase the number of people who get sick, or worse.

Regardless of what reviews and ads say, at the end of the day, BBFS is ALWAYS a YMMV service.  An ad merely means she OFFERS it to some customers, but that doesn't mean she will OFFER it to EVERYONE.  Even BBFS girls have hygiene standards, and if the customer doesn't meet those, then he's not going to get it, whether he pays extra or not.

You can't ignore the fact that BBFS is often a sign of desperation, so girls will put it on their menu if they are in a business slump and take it back off just as quickly when their financial situation has improved.  Kgirls will not typically step up and correct their profiles if their menu changes, and they often do change.  Your suggestion will merely create more confusion.  Let the reviews do the talking.  Yes, some will be fake for the reasons CKS states, but others may be real.  The customers can assess the reliability of the reviewer, and decide for themselves if the claims of BBFS are legit or not.  It more likely IS legit if it is also advertised, but like I said, if a guy shows up with pustules or a rash on his genitals, or a discharge from his urethra, he's not getting BBFS, and you can take that to the bank.

Customers hygiene aside, if it is advertised in plaintext on an ad with an upcharge, it is offered without ymmv attached. If she refuses to offer it for whatever reason, she will give that money back.

The hygiene is true for most things. If your dick has blisters and postules, she probably will not do a bbbj either.

The question is really about the bbfs stigma and how it is done in reviews. The fact that ter doesn't have a permanent ad photo or even age, etc attached to profile means that once that ad link is gone you need to deduce stuff yourself or get it from review body.

I think as long bbfs remains a stigma that many are against, this won't happen. Despite it being more popular and open now than ever, most providers and clients I'm pretty sure strive for safe encounters.

"customer hygiene aside" as the only qualifier for YMMV for BBFS.  Its totally at the discretion of the provider.  Hygiene was just one example that I used but it could be any other concern she has about the customer.  No one has a "right" to BBFS regardless of whether its advertised or not.  If she says "no" and you paid an upcharge, then you are entitled to get the upcharge back.  Likewise, you have the right to walk out with a full refund, but you DON'T have right to force a girl to do anything she is not comfortable doing.   If the guy is a jerk,  many girls will not only NOT allow BBFS, but will ask him to leave at any point in the session that they want, with a full or partial refund depending on what activities have taken place.

With that said, I agree with your analysis regarding reviews.  This is why its important to do what I do, and find about 12-15 reviewers in your local area that have had the same kind of experience that you had with particular girls.  Guys who's perspective of a session was like your own are the ones you want to rely on in the future when scoping out future girls to see.

There is no "stigma" to BBFS if the reviews are accurate and the girl is advertising it, but if the girls are not openly advertising BBFS, then we have to determine if the BBFS claims are true or driven by some ulterior motive.

My point was that bbfs is very similar to most other services that get advertised, but may get refused. So if it's in the ad, aside from whatever me or you or anyone else may think about it, it will be treated like any other service. So in that regard, no different than a bbbj.

About reviews, well it depends.Im sure you know of girls who don't advertise BB but still do it. I know some of such girls. That's where the ymmv comes in.

at the end of the day, everything is YMMV, and if you think you got shortchanged, put it in a review.

Think of how Anal is handled in a provider's profile...In most cases it's an upcharge and...Just thinking how it can be handled in the same way, that's all
And on a side note,Anal "if it is advertised in plaintext on an ad with an upcharge, it is offered without ymmv attached. If she refuses to offer it for whatever reason, she will give that money back"... Sorry but I have never heard of a anyone or even an agency giving money back. I mean can a girl say to her client, "Sorry honey but I can't handle that, here's back your XXX"...it's possible but I've never heard of it.

I have given money back. Not for not giving the butt, cuz I don't offer it. But usually for the time. Sometimes I am late and they are on a tight schedule, I wouldn't feel right not discounting the rate. Even when it's not my fault I will. Some guys book 2 hours bcuz they want 2 pops but are done in less than 2 hours, so money back. I am not a one pop and go gal so 2 is usually doable in an hour but I don't know if that's the reason they book 2 so I don't talk them out of it.  I just try to treat others how I want to be treated. Some guys give you extra if you have a long drive.  I give back money if I think I should. And it's not like I have a bunch of that. I usually see 2 or 3 a week and that doesn't even happen always. But right is right and that's how I roll .

As you can see . I have been a member here for a very long time here ! I’ve reviewed some lady’s and some I have not . Through the years I’ve have been offered by some very popular ladies !! No up charge at all also . So yes YMMV Please do not PM me about who !! It’s kind of funny that no Providers chime in on this ?

Outside the Korean community as it's still very taboo and hush hush'd. Guys have egos when it comes to this and imagine the gut check if a guy found out that his ATF was a YMMV girl on BBFS...Can you see the "I thought I was special" or the thought that because of hIs sexual prowess that she succumbed to BB.
So being that this topic in kinda "uncomfortable" I can see why no ladies would chime in...it's all good.

It is a ymmv intimate service. Not offered to everyone.  There is an old saying "Beggars can't be choosers" , applies for bbfs.

ok first in a way i am glad that BBFS is being talked out int he open.   over the years i got offered (and yes succumbed to) BBFS with a number of top quality ladies as well as the rare KGirl for me.    in the beginning i falsely thought heck i am special.    over the years i have come to realize that it goes on more than its talked about.

so while its a wonderful activity one has to realize the reality of the marketplace so one can make more rational clean headed choices when the little head is in control.

as far as here on TER .. the only way i could see any of that working is if the GIRL has the option of adding it to her profile info.   that only she could check the  yes / no box.   but even then its got to be the ultimate YMMV thing.

as i have said before BBFS is the Ultimate Catch-22 ....   you want to do it with a woman who normally doesnt and Do Not want to with someone that does.

as for me if a lady checked Yes .. i would pass.   its got to be a statistical certainly that high volume BBFS with everyone girls have some medical complication.

in talking to a porn star agency booker, as well as a couple others in the adult vid biz.   just assume all the active porn stars have herpes.   one top girl i met showed me her test results and i noticed they tested for all kinds of stuff.....  except genital herpes !!   i guess on the assumption, why bother !

so if they have it .... ..imagine the BBFS, 7 guys a day Kgirls odds.

And never will---it might be super pleasurable in the short run but too much risk and anxiety in the long run---IMHO it's not worth it!

I saw a highly regarded RA from 2015-2020.  About halfway through our tenure of seeing each other she would start asking “Condom?”  Like an idiot, it wasn’t until the last year of seeing her did it occur to me that she was presenting me with the option for BBFS.  Of course I took the option, and it was with the caveat of no CIP.  Still fun.  She retired last year at the advent of COVID-19.  I’m still testing negative for STDs.

As I got deeper into the BBFS hobby, I assumed drugs like Prep X were being used by KGirl RAs.  Turns out the majority of them are simply using an anti-septic called Gyno-betadine.  Which is completely useless in the prevention of STDs.  😕

Unprotected sex should only be when you have a relationship with someone. When 2 people are the only two people involved. Well I guess if you had sum arrangement it could be as many people in the group who only have sex within that group. As a civvie and as a provider I am not losing the condom ever. I have said I would attempt to do it with a female condom but they are kinda weird but I am sure you get used to them.  As much shit that is talked about people on here why would you ever trust anyone? None of you are special most times. If it's money getting her to do it then you are dumb to want to involve yourself. If it's a longtime provider you have seen forever and she says it's only you maybe then you could trust that. But I don't think I would.
THE ONLY WAY YOU KNOW YOU ARE SAFE IS IF YOU USE PROTECTION EVERY TIME.  Anyone can say they are but you know if you are.

And I will get off my soapbox but you people need to find a real gf if you can't hang w a condom.  Use cock rings. And most of you that say you can't stay hard w a condom, probably can't without one either. Life sucks , we get old. It doesn't work the same. Use your imagination. The brain is the biggest sex organ and you don't need to put a cover on that.
