I've always been intrigued w/ this lifestyle. When I first took the plunge (07') I felt guilt due to my belief in God. Btw, I don't want to start a religious debate. Please don't noooo lol. I didn't cry. I have never cried about my choice to be here- I knew full well what I was getting into and knew that for the most part I would love this. This is definitely not a job for everyone, and damn the laws that make it impossible to educate our would-be colleagues to that effect before they get involved. You have to be a very specific kind of person to do this and do it well. It should never have to be a last-ditch job, but with the economy as it is*, many people are taking the plunge. This makes things more dangerous- for them and for others who are involved on both sides of the transaction. Desperate+strangers=bad.
