It's not the envelope that makes it more or less risky, but the activities you engage in. If I go BBFS with random guys for FREE, my rate of catching a disease is still higher than if I use a condom for paid sex.

After I took some ibuprofen I came to the conclusion that most of those people are trying to get a free session out of you.

And if it does, is it worth it?  Having an Off The Clock first session is not a common screening method, but it is used sometimes.  Usually its for some long term arrangement as an audition for both parties.
