Providers talk; hence most of us have heard that TBD subtly, or not, offered higher placement on his National and Regional Lists in exchange for bbbjs, Greek insertions, bbfs, and better placement, ESPECIALLY when done without translator! Yuck!

TBD is not Tom Cruise, more like Jabba the Hutt! One provider I met says she would rather do Yoda than TBD, much rather because Yoda was hung like an Arcturian Moose!

We all probably know that many providers & agencies were so disgusted by this that they refused to allow or see TBD ever again. Here I live in a small monastery in the wine cellar and have heard those stories maybe five times from noviates who previously were naughty cyber boinkers.

So, Florida LE has the list of 100+ SE Tops, 100+ National leading ladies.

Surprise, Florida can forcibly interview, detain as material witnesses, and take the oral depositions of each and every one of these young ladies under Florida criminal procedure.

FL can provide transactional immunity of course and will. Florida can put these naughty ladies under oath and extract the truth, the full story of how they came to be in the Top Lists, and how they benefitted.

Otherwise they are prosecuted for perjury and obstruction of justice, felonies. I've noticed that Sexy Curves thinks everything is a misdemeanor, although TBD is charged only with huge felonies. Another interesting tidbit, maybe a criminal defense atty can assist in explaining...Charles Kelly was not able to bail himself out...there was a hold placed on him until his "Nembia" (sic?) hearing.   It sounded like the Deputy called it that and he commented to me that he had never seen that on an inmate before.


Sounds like this was well-planned and they really wanted his ass.

I bet he does at anywhere from 2 year to 4 years. It will be interesting to see what happens.    Hopefully CourtTV will televist his trial, if it goes to trial, or better yet, perhaps TER can telecast it as a Pay-Per-View!  Hell, I would pay to watch it.  )

That is high bail.
TBD is a major flight risk, possibly with foreign bank acounts.
They are probably making him put up an all cash bail, which is hard with his bank accounts frozen. Jeez, when they seize his assets he'll be at a disadvantage!
In jail he will not have enough food, so we all should send him big-assed cakes with keys and stuff inside.
I wonder what he looks like in an XXLL Orange Jump Suit!

Oh I know!   I can just imagine!   And he HAD to know this was going to happen!   He could not possible think he could get away with all these "parties" and obvious activities blatnatly promoting prostitution.  He is so self-destructive it is unimaginable.

I don't get why people are thrilled at TBD having the full force of the LE brought down on him.  Say he is scum (I don't know the guy).  What makes TER and other board immune?

From the numerous threads below, I think it would be safe to draw the following conclusions ...

i.    TBD operated out of Florida.  Florida, Virginia, the Carolina's are some of the states that really don't like adult entertainment.  Frankly, they resent it!  So, LE's in these states are encouraged to make busts.

ii.   TBD is a big man.  From the threads below he is J U M B O size (XXXL).

iii.  TBD upset a number of people - providers, hobbyists, and LE.

   Providers - exchanging personal services to bump ranking, and/or advertising.   Advertising translates to solicitation or pimping.

  Hobbyists - using dubious methods to con hobbyists.  When confronted, TBD was less than professional.

  LE - Blatantly promoting adult entertainment, specifically, prostitution.

iv.   Threw lavish sexcapade parties.  The primary objective of these gathering were to connect/hook up prospective hobbyist with provider.  Translation - pandering.

There is a key difference between TER and TBD in the fact that TER does not sponsor, nor does it allows advertising by providers.   TBD did, and that's one of the many reasons why they were busted.  I am sure there are many unpublished reasons why Florida LE went through lenghts to bust TBD.

Also, TER is HQ'ed out of California.  The LE is a little more tolerant about adult entertainment.

TER is difrent in alota ways, detailed throughout the last days discusion. Bottom line: they don't engage in any blantantly illegel actions. (Maybe no illegal actions) Regional polotics make it a difrent story too. TER is certaintly not amune to LE harrasment, but is much better protected and more shielded from persecution.

TER does not run an agency like TBD.  TBD was involved in A LOT of illegal shit.

TER does not take a cut of the girls' money in order to be listed. (pimping)


TER does not throw hooker parties introducing hooker's to prospective Johns (pandering)


TER is not involved in selling drugs either.


TER is protected by Free Speech.  TBD's activites were not.

ORGANIZATION of illegal activity is always a red flag. TBD tried to be the Big Daddy Pimp and control internet prostitution.  He did way more than just offer advertising for a fee.   THAT is what makes him different.

Every week we read in the Post (and New England Journal of Medicine) about how unhealthy it is to overeat and underexercise.
The increased incidence of strokes, heart attacks, diabetes, etc, is tragic and caused by overindulgence in food instead of exercise. It is often an addiction, and apparently in some cases an obsession.

We Americans are becoming a nation of overfed spoiled people, whining because airplane seats are not wide enough.

If that is all you got out of the post, then obsession has set in. With TBD, his well known severe obesity was only one form of the overindulgence that got him into such trouble.
A hugely overweight defendant is far more likely to be convicted than a slim one. That is elementary.

Ironically, I once did a great deal of work for a class action case on behalf of overweight persons who had little control over the situation, even though a few of the worst offenders crushed my furniture and emptied the refrigerators like a pair of veloco-raptors acting in tandem.

This profession is certainly one where providers should not outweigh or out-eat hobbyists. The successful providers typically eat lightly and spend two hours at the gym, year after year.
Try it. Then you won't have to spend so much time drumming up business and fretting over canceled appointments or no-shows.

I know that you might be right about the way some girls got on the top list but it's not true about every single one of them.  The way you posted your prediction it doesn't leave any room for anyone to think there is a percentage of the girls who haven't even seen him in person and are on the list just because of their good reviews etc.

Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser and Food Politics by Marion Nestle. Both of the aforementioned books outlined the disgusting eating habits of American society. As a nutritionist and registered dietician, I could relate to everything the authors wrote, but I think anyone could easily understand why American's are so fat just by reading a few pages.

Taking a moment to digress... Yesterday, in the evening news I heard that one popular airline (Southwest) would mandate overweight passengers to buy two tickets.

You guys need to stop with all the "fat" discussion.  Its not even the issue.  However, I am not surprised at all when I hear the WOMEN defending the over-weight, while the MEN consistently knock fat people with immature comments.  Men seek attractive women as partners, so they are likely to be visually oriented.  Women seek wealthy men as partners, so they are less likely to be visually oriented unless they are LOOKING for signs of wealth or status (by the way, this is a great thing; none of us would be on this site right now if not for this fact of life).  But women require good looks to gain access to the wealthy male partners, and so they understand how it feels to be scrutinized on a physical level, and they would naturally sympathize with fat people.  
  Carolina's comment brings her down to the level of a man, in terms of immaturity.  If its NOT alright to make fun of fatness (something that CAN be controlled) how is it alright to make fun of the size of a man's weenie (something that CAN'T be controlled)?

I never said that most on the Lists traded sexual favors.
TBD was not a basketball player, and could not possibly have done all 600 or however many. He had to take a lot of time to eat, to keep up his energy level, and to help make McDonalds a big success.
