Agreed. I was never interested in twitter before.
I could sit back [fat dumb and happy] reading TER Reviews/Ads. But my comfort zone vanished last week.
I have emailed my favorites reminding them I want to stay on their mailing lists. Use of mailing lists will probably grow in the current environment.
Most of the ones that spent time trashing reviews or p411 ...
Now they are tweeting up a storm about how they want reviews and please sign up for p411.
Of course there are still some talking crap.

While I sympathize with the occasional fake, bad review - they were usually overwhelmed by real, good ones and easily spotted and ignored anyway.
The reason some want to be social media is obvious - some need to control the multiple real, bad reviews and the narrative where there is no moderation.
I've heard some don't like the way people are spoken about on the boards, but I've never really seen that here. I have however been attacked on public boards by women who I've never met, but turned down for dates in PMs. More power to them if they want to out themselves like that in public when there's a moderator.
But, that's the attitude of people today. My "truth" and narrative is right, no matter how I act or treat anyone else. I want to NCNS, steal, etc., and I want to do it whenever I want, without consequences.
It's a shame. It makes things dangerous for all when we can't call these people out and they control the narrative.
Thankfully, I think there will still be some places for reality with moderation.
And... who would trust a twitter review, LOL! You can create a new name every 5 seconds... I would avoid anyone that calls that sort of attention to themselves there myself. This is going to lead to major news.
Look at what they're doing to Facebook. Why did they turn on FB? It's platform helped Trump is what some want to think. So, burn it down

FOSTA just opened the door to internet regulation...search on any provider name...are they liable for the search results? I suspect a case will challenge the law citing constitutionality at some point but the issue is certainly bigger than SW...it has far reaching ramifications. I particularly agree with your last three sentences but think it is inevitable without cause.

Could be headed for trouble. The providers I know who are on twitter have cleaned up all their tweets with no reference to escorting. All the gfe, bbbj and other acronyms have been removed from their twitter. Does anything scream as loud In an escort than “I want reviews”
The ad boards used to drive business for many...now that they are gone, women without an extensive client base are finding it difficult to obtain new clients. Reviews are a secondary means, ad sites, etc. Someone once told me I was at the top of the review board for new reviews for a couple of months and I derived a lot of business from the visibility. Gone are those days. Providers are scrambling to survive and some not as lucky as others who came into the industry pre-FOSTA.
We all get that reviews have a positive impact on business. If OP is talking in general terms of hookers asking for reviews where in the past they preferred not to have them maybe to maintain low profile or didn't find it was necessary marketing tool. I get that they may be seeing necessary strategy change. Not a real issue for me.
Now on the other hand those that believe and
have been VERY VOCAL that Gina is the Devil , and all reviews are degrading to providers well thats BSC and laughable.

I'm afraid the intermediate step there though for many will be that they have to compensate for the new risk, and the reg thing gets destroyed.
I've never trusted the discount myself. Seems a good way to lose a reg that can make more elsewhere
But, you're right, in a year or less when there's way less demand and the competition is now SB's, rates may come down.
girls are overwhelmed with the amount of "pre-screening" request, reason why no-one is getting a response yet.
Dont underestimate these girls, they are an army of fighters. Prices would not go down, but competition would be less. Just look p411 not accepting travelers anymore and those who don't hold US passport for advertisement.
All of the "touring" girls are decreasing already, if not canceling. So local ladies are good and those clients who didn't like to meet the locals are now forced to follow their screening methods. It's happening!
I've also seen many post where gentlemen espouse that women will have to lower rates and "act" nicer to clients...I believe quite the opposite. The supply is now reduced as touring information is no longer readily available for clients to "choose" new ladies over locals. The ad boards were the absolute crux of business for many. I have never been on P411 (not against it at all) and reviews help, but most of my business was derived from the boards. I have a large contact base, but for women just starting out, devastating for sure. I've always been more lax on screening anyway, so this doesn't affect me in this way as much as many. I would be interested to know the most popular means of finding ladies has occurred for you? Responses appreciated.
Speaking strictly for myself, I almost never book a session off of a TER ad. Perhaps I am spoiled, but P 411 just makes my life so much easier due to the fact I can locate, contact, and go through screening with a girl in what amounts to a single PM just makes every other way of booking a session seem like an awful lot of work to me.
That said, I do feel bad for the ladies who are having this impact their pocket books in a large and negative way, but as far as affecting my life, the impact has been negligible, but that certainly doesn't mean I am not both concerned and irate about what is happening.
I completely agree. P411 is a godsend. All of my reference information in one central location for easy access to the provider. I always use it when contacting a lady for the first time which makes booking a visit a breeze.
In 4 years, I have only seen two ladies that I didn't send a P411 request to. One wasn't on there 4 years ago, but is now. The other was an Atlanta lady who is on the boards a lot and has P411 anyway.
P411 just makes it it all work for the ladies and the mongers.
Oh yeah, and back channel references are big.

I had been keeping a low profile and with how things seem they are going to be going forward it seems
I will be pretty much not having much participation.
If ladies I have not seen are going to be more intrusive with their screening I for one will be passing on them,
I do not want my information out there for anyone.
So it seems if I want to see someone I have not seen it will more than likely not happen as I am very protective of my
personal information and am not giving it to some stranger to hang over my head if they don't like me or they get busted and my info is on their computer even though they said they don't save it. I never believe that when I am told.
Montreal is a quick drive or flight from Boston and no issues up there plus good exchange rate...
So, I feel for the ladies here as I do not see things being the same or better moving forward.
I see things being more difficult trying to find and see ladies and more than likely rates going up, at least for the short term.
