The most important thing to remember is that providers get a LOT of e-mail and phone calls and their time is valuable.

I always make the subject line "REQUEST FOR APPOINTMENT".  I figure that should catch their eye if anything will.

In the opening paragraph I state how long an appointment I would like and ask for a particular time and date that works for me (usually about a week or two in advance).  I indicate that I would really like to meet them and if that does not work for them that other times and dates are possible.

Ask about the fee, BUT DO NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT SEX.  You have a pretty good idea of what you are going to get from the reviews although always remember that individual chemistry matters a lot and you may get more or less than the reviews indicate.  SEX FOR MONEY IS ILLEGAL.  You know that and she knows that.  Nothing will make her think you are LE faster than talking about sex for money.

If you know somebody that has seen her mention his name.  Nothing works better than knowing somebody who has seen her recently.  I think escorts would work entirely through referrals if they could.

I don't know if mentioning her reviews on TER as a reason that you want to see her will help or hurt.  I think it depends on the escort.

Tell her a little about yourself after the paragraph asking for an appointment.  You have to convince her you are serious about wanting to see her first or she probably won't even read that far.  

No matter what you do, you probably won't get more than a 50% response rate.  You never know for sure what will cause her to want to see you and what will cause her to decide that you are a jerk (or even worse, LE).

I prefer e-mail, but be warned that many escorts prefer the first contact to be by telephone.  They like to hear a voice.  Personally, talking to strangers on the phone makes me nervous and I am always afraid that I will come across as a complete idiot, so I prefer e-mail.
