NEW TER will NOT WORK on Android

On Android phone, using built-in browser as well as 3rd party Dolphin browser, the page starts to load then the browser closes.  It does sort of work on the Opera browser, but the text formatting is so jacked up it is virtually unreadable.

The "classic" link still works, and of course the mobile version.  Unfortunately the mobile version is useless since you can't access the discussion boards.

New phone and it is now as good as a paper weight ,fabulous, thank you Easter Bunny .One more time I would like to say ,HATED IT!!! kendall

I just but a brand new HTC Aria, and now can't use mobile TER because yo can't get to the discussion boards. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but this new format. Even the agencies I have talked to are a bit miffed as well.

I live on Droid. I hate the new TER. Long live classic TER.

that's enough to give one a hemorrhoid!!!

When in the standard browser, change your settings so that images don't load. Downside is that you can't see pictures and may need to regularly adjust the setting as you toggle between non-TER links, upside is you can enjoy the TER boards. Hope this helps! I also enabled pop ups but the site still didn't work until I disabled images. Don't think you need both, but I decided not to touch Anything once I got it working.

I have an HTC EVO running Froya 2.2 (the latest Android OS) and I'm able to access the new TER without any problems using the Dolphin HD browser.  If it's any help, these are some of my key browser settings: "load images" (on), "auto-fit pages" (on), "enable javascript" (on), "enable plugins" (on demand), "block popups" (on), "accept cookies" (on).

Everything seems to work okay including login, PMs, posting on boards, etc.  The Flash intro even runs fine.  I don't particularly like the stock browser that came with the EVO, so I'm not sure it that one will work with the new TER since I have Dolphin HD set as the default.

Jordan, Dani, and others, thanks. I was having the same problem and was worried that Verizon was blocking the site. I'd tried with the native browser, with Dolphin, and with Skyfire. Each time, the browser crashed when I tried to get to TER. I'll try your suggestions.

I'm posting this from my android phone using the Opera browser, which is free.

TER defaults to mobile view, but there's a link to the full version of the site that's been working fine for me using Opera on my Eris.
