New outlook regarding newbies...

Oh sure, they are clueless, ask stupid questions, and you have to go out of your way to email back and forth to let them know how this works, BUT all things considered, Newbies are seriously not the hardest to please in this business. I have a new found respect for Newbies after a date last week.

They are actually very appreciative and polite for the most part. They are not here to take advantage of us, very few have ever asked me for a discount like the old guard has,  actually don't mind the screening even if that requires their real information, and very few are looking to pound away for peanuts.

So, as long as a Newbie has valid employment and is willing to be screened, I say bring it! They are a nice change, and can be quite cute because they are so damn shy! Oh, they grade higher too bwahhahaha. Just saying.

Anyone else appreciate the newbies, now and again

Hobby Cherries grade higher, less demanding, and shy.  Gee opposites do attract.

Why would I want another controlling personality in the damn room? I can just talk to myself. :)

I completely agree!! Newbies are my favorite! I'm a little new, I have a year in the bag and without newbie support wanting to take a chance I wouldn't have succeeded! So in turn I enjoy the "freshness". Easy to talk to, friendly-never mind giving a pre-payment for an appointment, easy to give personal information to check and best of all...they love to bring gifts! Ha, ha..sweets! Yes, there is a lot of talking and questions, but that's what I love. I can't read minds nor have I tried to master this skill (actually, I have absolutely no desire to!!). I love a little direction...tell me what you like and how. Also, newbies are totally loyal. Treat them right and they in turn repeat...repeat...repeat.

+1 for the newbies!

At what point do we cross the line of newbie to veteran?  I was so careful it took me over a year to even make an account on TER after I heard about it.  It was almost too good to be true so I didn't bother.

Lol, I almost felt like a pro the first time I made an appointment because I did my research here.  However, when it was game time I was nervous and shy.

So, longevity is not always the line drawn to separate newbies from vets. Anyone who does not make this a lifestyle, would still be kind of new to it IMO.

Then, we are not talking absolutes because some newbies are horrible, as are the pros. I am just saying that many times, we don't give newbs the credit they deserve for certain things.

but yes, maybe it's the same thing that many of us mongers look for in a new girl?

There is a certain something that comes from not being jaded.

I was pretty damn stupid as a newbie...

And guys on DC board were super nice to me.. A lot lot lot more than I am nice to people...

No one told me to "fuck off".. I can't imagine if I were to meet my old self, what kind of treatment I would give him/her..

But again.. The Online community wasn't all that powerful back then in the early 2000s.  So I kinda learned as I went along - from the school of hard knocks - as they say down here in VA.. :D

Of course, I was more jaded as a new provider vs. how I feel now. When I first started, I HAD TO WORK. Now, I make do with less, and feel a hell of a lot better about my dates since they don't come that often. You can become jaded in a month if you have to fk 10 guys a week.

I don't really see ten guys in a week as "high volume" but then again "having" to fuck is worlds away from "wanting" to.

I've had an on again, off again relationship for several years with a young lady that started off as a CL girl with a "manager", she was seeing as many as ten guys a day when she first started, and yes, within a couple of months she was jaded. After she quit it was a good month before her coochie had recovered enough for her to actually enjoy sex again.

pick on her. LMFAO.

You may be the first gal to ever say you are happier now that your dates don't come as often. HA HA

Even I wouldn't think of saying that! Oh London... (face plant)

Damnit, y'all know wtf I meant lol. Stop (or start) drinking. I mean "come" as in "come see me." When I use the sexual term, I spell it "CUM."

PS: Note to London...if you throw up a softball, I will take a big swing at it! LOL!

I say bring'em on.

No attitudes, no haggling, very sincere, vulnerable, will DO anything without question...LOVE THAT. Who wants the veterans who 'think' they know all about this hobby with their list of agendas and thensome especially during your time together...boring and ruins the moment completely, what they don't understand and will never. It's our business, let us do our job. That's what you're paying us for. Just let it flow and all will be the way it's supposed to. The minute you try to 'take charge' to get what you're 'paying for' ...it all goes south for both involved.

So yea, bring on a newbie any day of the week, my preference in all honesty.

Lifestylers get increasingly hard to please and not worth the aggravation. Sorry but I see no good reason to work any harder than I have to.
