A few questions (answer one or all):
1) If you look up a girl on TER, is there a number (or range) of reviews that you like to see?
2) Are too many reviews a turn off? If so, what is that approximate number (e.g., > 100, > 400)?
3) Is there a sweet spot that you like to see (e.g., 5-30)?
4) Or are the number of reviews irrelevant in decision-making?
Irrelevant. Realistically a lady with 30 plus or 100 plus reviews has seen how many guys or had sex how many times? Know way of knowing. If she is professional and treats me right and I respect her, I don't care how many reviews.
Remeber, the number of reviews she has on TER is but a small sample size. There are many boards and sites.
The number and dates of her reviews are a good way to check to see if the stated age in her profile is correct. Example: her profile states her age is "26-30." But her early reviews are from 2003. That would mean she would have been between 12 and 16 when she started. What's wrong with this picture? Yep, it's more likely she's between 36 and 40.
I could go on, but my point is this world seems to be more complex than you think.

There are a number of providers with reviews going back years but with only a small number of reviews, and other ladies who have tons of reviews but who have been here only a short time. The OP is about number of reviews. Your reply is about length of time on TER. Not the same thing.
Number of reviews is irrelevant to me wrt being a "turn-off".
However, number and QUALITY of reviews can be important when CHOOSING a gal to see.
The conventional wisdom, especially for newbies, is to see a gal who has several reviews by established (credible) reviewers - I've often seen recommendations of 5-10 reviews by guys with 10+ reviews. More experienced guys are simply at less risk seeing gals with fewer reviews.
Beyond that set of 5-10 solid reviews, number of reviews matters not to me.
Zen, I have a "few reviews", hopefully never turned you off! LOL.
I have never been jaded by the business and still treat each person as an individual experience, not a number. I guess some guys won't see me because of the number of reviews that I have, most don't care and see me because I am a sexy latina who has a lot of reviews with a consistent level of service. Does having 400 reviews make me less of a whore then someone who has 30. I think not! I just love what I do and not afraid to admit it

AngelinaDDD is in a class by herself. I always feel like its a first time encounter with her and she treats you that way as well. I don't think its the number but the quality of reviews that count the most for me.
As has already been mentioned, its quality of reviews made by quality reviewers for me. If you get a solid 10 from a first time reviewer with no previous reviews, or a sudden solid 10 that follows a series of sub par reviews, once again from a first time reviewer with no previous reviews, I probably won't see you.
And besides, I never really figured out how providers don't think we guys notice that kind of shit.

Case in point, there is a 50sh provider in Dallas with 73 reviews going back to 2008, which seems like a rather low number for all those years and based on that alone she might be judged more favorably by "some" over a woman with 400 reviews over that same time period. Of course what I did NOT mention is that for the past many years this woman has been openly advertising BBFS complete with cream pie. NOW which woman is the "safer" choice? lol
My former favorite had a two year stretch where she was working a lot, and making a lot of money. She was getting as many as 15 reviews a month. When she retired last summer, she had 178 reviews. I had some scheduling problems with her sometimes, but every time I saw her it was great. Her reviews show that pretty much every guy got the same treatment.
One provider I saw who's no longer listed on TER kept her reviews at a minimum. She only had 38, although I'm certain she saw more guys than that number would suggest. She wanted a low number so that guys would think she was low volume, and would be more likely to pay her $1000 an hour rate.
Why would you ask that question?.. The ladies with just a few reviews are the one's I get concerned about.. when an ATF has another great review.. I congratulate her.. when she has a bad one.. I know she will be upset..
I had a provider decline seeing me because she said I have too many reviews and she "didn't want to be another notch on my bedpost". WTF? I dont even have a bedpost!
I usually tell the hookers something much closer to the truth than the SBs. Even hookers seem to be almost put off a bit when they find out there have been thousands of women before them, I can't imagine being totally honest with an 18 year old SB on this subject. lol

Not a turn off for a provider I'm considering if her average scores have not fallen off over time. If a girl was getting 9's and 10's a few years ago, but now is averaging 7's, something has changed. Usually, it's that she is not keeping up her appearance, or the service is lackluster due to her being burned out and having a bad attitude. Otherwise, I'd rather see a veteran girl with a proven track record shown by lots of reviews.
Lets say her reviews go back to the 1970's, I think that would be a deal breaker for me, how about you?

So far I have TOFTT on every session that I have booked. Many times it's the provider's first time one-on-one with a lady monger, so it can be interesting seeing how long it takes for the nerves to settle. Some good news is that the amount of providers adding to their site that they are female friendly is increasing, but usually I still have to contact them to make sure. Far too many providers still list themselves on sites like P411 as bi when in fact they are not.
First of all the number of clients a provider sees is no business of mine, and I've never considered the number of reviews to be a reflection of that anyway. As long as a provider has the level of business she's happy with that's fine with me.
But when I see pages of reviews it actually suggest to me that she has been fishing for reviews from people she sees. Maybe it helps get her listings further up the ranks in the same way that hits on google etc do, I don't know, or maybe she feels that she needs a constant run of up-to-date reviews to keep attracting clients, again I don't know, asking a provider with reviews in the hundreds would probably help. But I do get a little suspicious that they are all spontaneous reviews. I'm not saying they're fake, I'm just not sure why a client would want to post them. If you meet a provider you have a great time with, and you feel a review could help her with her business, then sure, write a review. But if she already has hundreds of reviews I just can't see the point, why bother? If you want to compliment her do so in private, or arrange another booking, or a longer booking, why contribute to a list that's overflowing?
For me even a handful of reviews is enough, five to ten is just fine. Certainly for any more than twenty I'm not going to bother looking. If I'm not convinced by the first few I read more isn't going to make a difference

As well as Content in reviews. While I do like to see good things, I know we are all not Robots. A middle score review won't usually faze me because I know the term YMMV is Very True! Maybe it was her, maybe it was You! Some people you can't please no matter what. I learned that early on in life as my family owned a few Restaurants. It was an early eye opening experience regarding the public.
5-6 reviews from established reviewers. I have had success with this formula and don't really plan on TOFTT unless there are extenuating circumstances such as a recommendation from another provider.

I also suspect that when some girls first start off they are very cautious. Then, over time, they ease their guard up and/or become more wild and crazy. That can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on perspective.
One of my very favorite ladies has 84 pages of reviews. At roughly 10 reviews per page, that's 840 turns of the screw, and estimating that maybe only 10% of visitors post a review (taking into account repeat performances etc.), that is getting on up close to 10,000 episodes. That staggers the imagination of my little brain, but it does not in any way affect my opinion of her or my desire to do her again....and again...over and over....well, I think you get my point. She still gets 10/10s most of the time, and from my perspective she deserves them.
Some of us just meet guys because we truly enjoy the experience. Dinner, drinks or an activity out in town. Play tag. Hilariously cheesy jokes. Sheets on the floor. Then "thank you for last night, gorgeous. Can't wait to see you again" texts the evening after? Not all of us have the same goals and prerogative so obviously high volume = more reviews.
The guys that I have been fortunate enough to meet have great chemistry with me and they think of me as their girlfriend
I have someone who books me months in advance when I announce my next availability and he makes sure to have me the entire day because he doesn't like the idea that I could also have fun with someone else later.
It doesn't matter with whom, how, what took place, or how many times as long are we are both in good company and can paint the town purple while we are at it.
