I've sucumbed to that on a few occasions.

It's relatively rare, but happens.

I'd like to hear more about these "reasons why" you brought up.

It's not in my nature to take advantage of anyone.  When I was an exotic dancer I was overpaid and pointed out the error.  A client of mine left behind his wallet with $700.  He called and asked if he had left it, and I told him yes you did and come get it.  I don't get anyone who tries to take advantage of clients.  For one thing, don't providers want repeat customers?  Another is that providers make so much money, why would they have to hustle?  I'm assuming hustling means upselling and such.
