Girls, do you work out of your home or do you rent a place to see your clients?  I've seen some women where the place looks like they live there, well decorated, TVs, couches, beds, kitchen has toaster oven glass ware, etc.  ON the flip side, I've had others email when I request an appointment and say they would NEVER see someone where they live and insist on getting a up scale hotel.  I can see where the risks lie, how do you women see it and which do you prefer?

I had three incalls when I was providing and all of them were fully stocked, and furnished. What would you like.... an air mattress? It's beyond stupid to work from your personal home... it takes one nut job to out you. Static incalls can be leased for as little as 3 months, and you can up and move if there is a problem. You also have to scout out incall locations before you rent... I always hear about neighbors, but I am wondering how much time and effort is put in to such places where people alawys complain about neighbors being home and looking through the window, or seeing guys pull up. Duh... research the location, before you rent it!

In six years, I have never leased a place with a driveway for clients to pull up, or where anyone was that close to notice what was happening. We leased in busy college areas where there was simply no way to tell who was going where, and the guys had to park on the street. I wonder where some people live that have neighbors with no jobs, who are always home lol. That has never been my experience, because I spent a lot of time scoping out the places and the area before signing a damn lease.  

Your home is supposed to be your safe haven and sanctuary if you will... why anyone would want that many random strangers in their bed, is beyond me. I find the idea a bit gross, to be honest. If you go to a hotel, you know going in that a million others have fked in that bed. Sorry, don't need that kind of drama in my personal space.  

I have never worked out of a place where a child lives, never worked where I had a roommate.. in fact, I have never had a damn roommate even when I was in undergrad. My clients paid big bucks for a luxury experience, not a dorm room experience.

after a 4 year break. The first girl I saw, who verified me on what I thought was pretty slim info, gave me her address for our 1st meet. I googled it to get directions and up popped everything I assume a girl wouldn't want a new client to see. Real name, family members etc. I would have canceled but I needed a new start.

none of my clients pay attention to where I am hosting from fortunately for me. that is not something that's discussed when they are booking your appointment. in the event of a client was hell-bent on seeing me in a certain situations they can feel free to specify what situation they need and I will, date and have,,,,
most importantly is that if the client really only wants to see someone in a private discreet residence,  
its a persons home or an appointment based hotel. on the other hand there are men on here that have stated they only like to see the women in hotels for their own safety and their own liking. whatever anyone's chases are for me is not something that I give a second thought in my life or during my that day it is not something I really want to give a second thought its completely relevant to me or my work or what anyone else's business is....
it also should not be a concern to you of what anyone else is doing you should keep your eye on the prize and pay attention to what you're doing. but again that doesn't seem to be the case on here people enjoy doing a lot of talking about what they think people should be doing what they see other people doing.  
suggestions are great but when it comes down to it the end of the day is paying attention to your business how you run it and doing what works best for you and well as your clients.
I know for me I don't really make suggestions to other women because I feel everyone has different situations some people are married some people have children some people are single and just don't give a f*** because they do whatever they want and they could care less if other people don't like it.
I know I do exactly what I want I'm very happy with myself my life and how much business is going.
I'm concerned if other people don't agree with it they can pound sand.

I had an extra room, street parking was easy and discreet and I only provided during the day, knowing my neighbors had very conventional 9-5 work schedules. I was and still am very low volume, so, having 1-2 men visit only on weekdays wasn't likely to throw up any red flags. That said, I've since started booking hotel rooms specifically for my dates, not just because of safety, but because, well, I really like hotels. Not to mention, my current roommate has a very sporadic schedule so, it wouldn't work having her sitting on the couch during every session.

Once I've seen a client a few times, however (3+), I do offer my home as a possible location.

for me I've never once been able to hold a job in my whole life and I did go apply for disability once and the SSI people lookup my work history there was one year that I had 22 jobs in a year
so its not to say that I haven't put the honesty's hoe in'
I'm definitely not able to working on a job and I'm definitely not organized enough to escort enough to save money doing it
this is the nicest apartment I've ever lived in my life is the most normal and, as it ever has been as well so for me maybe I don't do things the way other people believe I should but I am sure as hell happy with myself everyday and I have grown

When I did incall in NYC. Space was simply just too expensive. Most local girls I knew did the same.

My apartment was large, so I was able to have separate client areas and living areas.  

I didn't have any bad experiences...just the same, it is playing a little too close to the line for me. I was more naive back in those days. I also didn't stay in any one place more than one year.. Now I would gladly assume the expense of a hotel and bring my own candles/flowers rather than work out of my own place...

I am also looking for a house to buy, so I would not feel right using a permanent residence where I might raise children someday for this business.

I think that for most women it is necessity rather than practicality driving them to make that choice.
