it really opened up my eyes to a whole realm I never thought about.

There was once a site called Sugar Touch in the US which specialized in providing escorts (for pay) to the disabled.  I don't think it is around anymore, which is a shame.

And does the same thing. I know of some TER providers that belong to it.  
Not sure if that is what you were thinking of, or if there was another site called sugar touch which disbanded. In any case zit is good that things like this exist, and that there are escorts who cater to disabled clients, regardless whether they belong to a site like that or not. :)
