I find I really like enhanced much better. Obviously some boob jobs look much better than others, but overall I rarely have found a natural set that looks as good as an enhanced set. What do other think?

But I  do not rule out enhanced when I like the reviews.  I just prefer natural when given a choice.

I prefer natural. I've very rarely seen a set of fakes that look real.
But then I also prefer smaller boobs. I don't find giant boobs attractive, fake or real.

... regardless of the size, or whether they are natural or "augmented". The true personality of a great breast is in the shape,  size and texture of the nipples. Take the nipples away and all boobs look the same. A soft, well defined round areola with a tight and hard nipple core, surrounded with sparse Montgomey glands is to die for.  

From a personal standpoint, I prefer a good looking natural set even though I've seen excellent enhanced ones. But from a photographic point of view, it's hard to beat a well done enhanced set.

Yes they look better but no they feel worse to the touch. The hard and lumpy feel is a turn-off.
