It may sound funny, but my favorite MP has gone legit with manicures, pedicures, facials (the cosmetic kind) and even haircuts. The good news is they also offer "Skin Treatments" which are wonderful. Now I get a BBBJ and a pedicure at the same place. Seriously, I don't know how you tell one "nail" salon from the other. Mine changed format while I was going, so I knew the girls. They all went down and took their tests and got their state licenses. I guess you just have to take a chance and see what happens. It seems Asian operators offer more "services" than other nail salons. Also some nail salons don't have private "treatment" rooms.
