My thinking on this has changed 180 degrees...

I suggest you don't approach DATY with a piercing the same way as without it. Ask her for advice and guidance. You'll probably be pleased to find that it takes much less effort on your part to bring her off-- several times.
You have to understand that piercings in erogenous zones are not usually ornamental. They aren't there to make them look better. Women have those to sensitize those areas. An ornament or gem is usually an afterthought to then make the piercing look better.
Now, besides DATY I happen to love licking, sucking, and otherwise, whipping a woman's nipples with my tongue. It's wonderful-- if her nipples are sensitive to it. But some women can't get into that, at least, without their nipple piercings. Their nipples are not that sensitive.
Bi-women, without any exception that I know of, say that a tongue piercing is marvelous for DATY. I haven't noticed any improvement for a BBBJ, though. Also, I believe tongue piercings are a real detriment to oral hygiene, and women who have them should take extra efforts to keep their mouths fresh.

What do you all think about piercings. I just had a date with a provider who had a clit ring, really didn't like it, especially when DATY (don't like the taste of cold metal). Also nipple rings are an interference with my oral pleasures. JMHO
The beauty of a clit ring is it makes it very easy to give a woman oral gratification. You don't have to be very skilled at DATY to reap the rewards, so to speak. Some people consider this a nice ego boost in pleasing a lady, and women certainly appreciate it! The same thing applies to nipple rings.
But yes, if you are about pleasing yourself, I can see why all that metal can get in the way. YMMV. Most of the reviews mention if they have piercings and there's plenty of women who don't.
For me personally, I've yet to have one woman complain about my tongue ring in the last 11 yrs. Typical convo with a naysayer:
Her: "You have a tongue ring? I don't know, that looks really painful..will it hurt, you know if we do that?"
Me: "Let's try it once and if you don't like it, I'll take it out, is that OK?"
Four hours later....
Me: "Do you still want me to take it out?"
Her: "NO, don't you even think about it!"

Tongue rings provide extra pleasure to Mr Happy which you should really enjoy more during a BBBJWC. Regarding the clit ring, if it gets your provider more excited and wet during your encounter, then the more you should enjoy it too. If during daty it gets in the way as you say, then politely ask her to remove it for the session. Your provider is there to please you and will most likely accomodate your simple request. Too each his/her own, whatever makes your session more exciting, then just ask for it and go for it. That's the excitement of this hobby.
while I am very respectful of the ladies I visit with, and try to satisfy them if possible, I am the one paying. So my needs, wants and desires should be paramount.
If it's such a turnoff for you, make sure the lady knows in advance about it. And do better research to insure what you're walking into. It shouldn't be that hard to let her know without crossing the lines in an email, and it takes all of 2 seconds to ask in an email.
Don't know about clit rings, but nipple piercings can be removed if she knows in advance. Once there though don't expect her to able to take them off, some require the use of needlenose pliers.
No experience with clits rings, but the above poster is correct about sensitivity in other areas that have been pierced. I kinda like 'em myself.

For reference: clit rings can't be taken out easily. You're better off choosing a lady who doesn't have one.
You look at this differently than many others. When I visit a lady, I don't go with just my pleasure in mind. Enjoyment in this hobby is a two way street; the more she is into it and aroused, the more pleasure I can receive back. If a clit ring or pierced nipples provides this two way street, then more power to the lady.
You don't like it and that's OK too. Just look for a lady that doesn't have the piercings; it's identified in their profile.
Just remember: you have to give to get, and that isn't just in terms of $$$.

Tastes differ, of course, but I'm just not fond of piercings. To me it's just marring a perfectly beatiful body. If others enjoy it, good for them. But I'll pass on providers with tongue, nipple, or genital piercings.
