1) Praise The Lord
2) WUT?

They only tell part of the story on the news.  Once they have coated the substrate with the proper types of cells, they have to teach the cells what to do and influence how they grow and align themselves.  To do this, they put the vagina (in this case) into a bioreactor and stimulate it to contract appropriately to exercise the smooth muscle.  It's really something to see an organ pulsing inside the bioreactor (like a fancy jar with plumbing).
