Bald or "boy style' haircuts are a deal breaker for me. I still can't believe Emma Watson did that! she is still a very pretty lady, but why? LOL  (I'd probably still do her, so I guess I can't say it's a deal breaker, but a lot of other things would have to override the short hair)

I think of Natalie Portman.
She is beautiful with a crew cut.
Short hair can be very sexy on a woman.

If you are hot. You are hot. Changing hairstyles in general is good if you can pull it off.
IMOP it does not matter how long/short your hair is.
As long as it smells good.

When I'm dating someone, I just love it when she switches it up a bit.  Change is always nice!

One provider I used to see had short hair and she looked amazing with it.  She looked great with long hair, but with short hair, she was utterly amazing.

Other providers look better with longer hair, or with a different hairstyle.

A lot of it has to do with facial features, and some women just do not look good at all with their hair and or done up/pulled back.

Short hair makes it easier to massage a gal's scalp which turns me on.  I'd even see someone with a Sinead O'Connor do.

Long hair feels luxurious, especailly if she tantallizes my body with it.

Frizzy hair is fun to feel.  I love AA gals with big afros.

Even corn rows are very nice.

The only hair do I'm not down with is some heavily moussed sculpture that I am not even allowed to touch.  I can go to a museum if I want sculptures I can't touch.

To be honest, I prefer long hair on a woman. However, two of the best providers I've ever been with have short hair. I would not let hair length factor into my decision to see a provider.

I have a preference for long, free flowing hair styles, but it really depends on the particular lady.  Although, I'm not into bald, crew-cuts, or those high maintenance styles which I'm always afraid I might mess up. LOL!  I know some ladies opt for shorter styles, since it requires less maintenance.

Some ladies look very nice in shorter styles, but a lot depends on their facial features, height, frame, etc.  I believe any hair style (short or long) needs to fit well with a lady's entire looks.  

lady, like what I have read about her, and/or enjoyed a nice conversation or two with her, then I will see her. Hair length, color, height, breast size, age (within reason), etc. are all non-factors.
