I would like to Celebrate my 28th on March 12 however I would like to see a higher upscale provider for a good amount of time On that particular day not before or anything  So should I Email an ask her to schedule an appointment for March or should I wait till it the date gets closer???

Reassurance such as a deposit in advance will be required as reservations made more than a month out have a high likelihood of not going through. If that is not the route you wish to take, maybe you can get prescreened now and make a decision later based on the ladies schedules.

... good 2 months away. I seriously doubt that a provider would schedule that far in advance unless she was a touring provider.

If you have a few providers in mind, just ask them directly. Explain the birthday thing and see what happens.

I would open the conversation as prescreening, give the date & be in touch periodically without being a pest until then.

The early the better. Especially when you have a certain someone in mind.

Time but to be on the safe side why not email her and ask her how much time does she require. It would give her a heads up on your plans and get you an exact answer.

She might be planning a tour away from the area, she might have personal/family things crop up for March she doesnt know about yet. Waiting till Feb lowers the risk she'll cancel on you too. Also, have another girl in mind and verify with her now too, as backup, in case girl #1 cancels week of.

2 months away is not that uncommon to book a provider even if she is not touring.
By reaching out now to the provider you are interested in you can see if she is even available on your birthday.Ask her if she encourages advance bookings some providers do.
I have had many gents book months in advance and very few cancel.
You don't want to wait too close to your birthday and then reach out she might be booked,on vacation,not working etc. then you have to try to find another provider.

I booked my birthday with my ATF 4 months out so I knew the date would be a go!

Even now, I have trips booked thru October 2013. Contact the lady(ies) you are interested in seeing. They may already have something scheduled or may not be in town then. The sooner you know the better.

Thats a testament to you that someone would book you that far out. Awesome!

Email me with as far ahead in advance as you'd like. BUT, keep sending me reminder emails, especially the closer it gets to that date.

Have you noticed  a propensity for men in general to forget their long range plans ?  

   Taking a few hours or half a day out of my schedule , with  only a day or two notice,  is more difficult  for me , than something mapped out  four  months ahead ,  like vacations and teeth cleaning .
 An Indy I had seen a dozen times , snipped at me  when I called 10 am one  morning  requesting a 3 pm the same day .  She said I was rude to call with such short notice .
 
  Damned if I do Damned if I don't.   I haven't called back  .
               
 Now I book with an agency most of the time .  I can call a couple hours before my appointment request ,  without offending anyone , or book  an appointment  two months  in advance , no questions asked.

It doesn't do any harm in emailing the girl, but she may tell you that it's too far away.

Of course, we would have to meet first and see if there is chemistry before we set any weeding dates.

I have a few people I travel with. They attend conferences, meetings, etc. they know those dates well in advance which really helps me plan.

I am not taking it seriously until the week of. Too many things can happen on either side that would result in a cancellation. I have a booking for super bowl weekend, Mardi Gras, and in June as well, but without a deposit to let me know that is going to come through, I won't be putting off any other obligations I might have, or ones that might come up.
