Some of you know me, others may not. I used to work as an escort, however I now just work as the personal assistant to other independents. As such, I help them with their websites and screening.

Anyway, I just had to say something. Some will think this is petty, but I am MAD!

GIRLS THAT COPY TEXT OFF OTHER WEBSITES ARE SKANK-WH0RES!

There, I said it. I work very hard at writing and updating text, so that is it clear, concise, informative, and ORIGINAL. I get complimented regularly on how great the sites are that I have worked on. However, having a great site has it's downfalls. I see text copied "word for word" off my sites on a somewhat frequent level, and it is SOOOO annoying.

I understand that many girls have the same policies and principles, however just to cut and paste whole paragraphs of text is ignorant. Also, I have seen girls cut and paste ads that I have posted and just change the dates/rates for themselves.

I will not name names, but I hope this point it heard by all you shady ladies out there. You are lucky that standard business laws don't apply here, not that any of you would be smart enough to understand them. Can we say copyright infringement?

And I don't care if you have web guys build your site and do all of your text because you can't do it yourself. In the end, it is YOUR site and YOU are the only one responsible for what is on it.

I have heard this complaint through back channels and I agree that it sucks. It is too bad that there is no way to call out on those that do this...

Hopefully through enough back channel discussion those that do this will be revealed.  In the end, the ad might get the business once but it is the level of service and professionalism that will keep them as long term temporary partners.
