There are several mid tier quality porn stars on P411 and elsewhere such as various agencies (not the agencies that only represent porn stars) that are in the $5-600/hr range.  Many of those same ladies charge $1,200-$2,000/hr through Porn Star Companions or Alluring Intros/AIA or other agencies that represent porn stars.  Then there are also the older, former Porn Stars that are in there 40/50's that are even in the $300-450 range such as Freya Fantasia who BigPapasan has a WL from.  

I recall a PS who was just getting started in the private sector, so to speak. She came to TER for help and advice (some of which I provided via PM). I thought she was going to start at the high end but she wanted to get reviews and build a TER rep quickly. Her IPO (initial public offerings) were in the 5 range. That strategy worked for her. Was the most i ever paid. She was a porn actress (not what I would call a "star" when I saw her but quite popular on pornhub now). Personally, I've paid between $400 and $1500 (and only a couple of regrets).   The agencies definitely are higher, starting from $1,200 to $2,000.  I like to stick with the independent ones.  That being said, it's a hit or miss.  The famous Nina Hartley quotes $1600, but she's a legend!!! Last year, I met Kaden Kole, who had all of two scenes at the time, and she wanted $1000.  (She is less now.)
