That is the problem with daty, the dirty untold secrets, the fatalities, the men whose heads suddenly fall off with swollen tongues and silly grins left for all eternity, wives and relatives to contemplate. What was he doing? Why is his tongue swollen? Why are there blonde hairs in his moustache? Would Jesus or Moses have done that without unfair economic coercion?
Deep in the evil daty world and scenario there are:
1/ bacteria,
2/ viruses,
3/ funguses, and fungi, and
4/ other unknown organisms and small possums up there.
For every 20 datys, I used to get something that wiped me out for a few days or even a fortnight.
My solution, WWJD, which has worked for 8 months and 237 datys now, is to gargle industrial strengh Listerine immediately before and after each daty, within 3.5 minutes. Carry a little plastic bottle around with you just in case you are strolling along Wilshire and an ultravix asks you to daty her behind a plastic bush or in a Lexus or BMW. Often at a casual lunch a vixen will ask you to daty her in a stairwell for dessert, so be prepared at all times. Gargle for 17.3 seconds before and after, and hum. You may have to blow the Listerine out through your nose as a p-recaution.
This is especially a problem in southern Bible Belt states where Baptist vixens like some daty to help elevate their voices when they are singing "Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus."
Help them out, but never marry them.

Floss.  Keep your gums in good shape.  Decline if you have bitten your lip lately and it hasn't healed.  As suggested above, rinse your mouth out pronto.  Providers do that (or should, especially after BBBJ even if not TC so they shouldn't be offended.)  I usually go for jenever (a result of spending too much time in Amsterdam) rather than listerine.  It may be less effective, but it sure is more fun.

I have never had a tooth gum infection from eating pussy...

guys who have breath that smells like dead fish (a provider's description of you.  I'm just reporting the facts of what she said).  Tooth and gum infections can generally be avoided by consistent brushing and flossing, supplemented by professional teeth cleaning by a dental hygienist three times a year.  Infections most often occur when the environment is fertile for bacteria.  I have never heard of this happening with a Kgirl, so you should move upmarket a little and see a Kgirl where the hygiene is generally superlative.  Don't be so desperate next time in choosing a provider.  Just because she agrees to see YOU doesn't mean you should want to see her if she doesn't clean herself up properly for the session.

Do you floss, and brush regularly, do you visit the dentist at least once a year? If all of these things are no then it’s probably bad dental hygiene. I would definitely get to the dentist asap they can take an X-ray to see if you have a bad tooth.
