I can be but doesn't have to be.  $200 for dancer in a 30 minute VIP. $50 for the VIP room (no drinks required). $10 tip to waitress for setting up VIP. $10 tip to bouncer. Total $270 for a 30 minute session.  

 
If you only consider the 30 minutes then you might say $270 is a bit high. But consider I've been with the dancer for about 30 minutes at a table before we go to the VIP room. I may have paid for a drink for her ($10 for a shot or mixed drink, less for a beer) I may have gotten a table dance or 2 or 3 ($10 per song and 3 songs is about 15 minutes). That's an hour with her and I've spent $300/$310. I can leave when we get out of the VIP.  

 
What's the going rate for an hour with a provider? $300? $350? $400? more?

 
Now I live in Atlanta, I have a favorite club and I only go to it. I can't speak to prices etc for other clubs in Atlanta or other parts of the country. I have my favorite dancers. Three or four of them don't drink while working and I am not a big drinker so it's water or coke for me and them most of the time. I do like to hang out after we leave the VIP room and may get a few more dances so it might cost me $400 by the time I leave the club. I usually eat after the VIP. I'd be eating somewhere so the cost is the cost.

 
I do tip other dancers when they are on stage and I do have other dancers dance for me while I'm there but that's how I like to do things. I think you can see though that it doesn't have to be more expensive to get sex at a strip club. I enjoy the atmosphere and the opportunity to talk and socialize while there.

 

Two of my favorite dancers will come to see me at my place. I pay them between $350 and $400 for intimate time only. They are usually with me for minimum 2 hours and I take them to eat or we eat at my place. If you consider time only then I'm getting 2 or more hours for no more than $400 and the cost of a meal. I do put in a tip (gas money) for one of them because she drives an hour to get to my place.

 
When I started seeing escorts I paid $275 to $300 an hour with an Atlanta agency. The most I have ever paid for an hour with an indy was $450 and hour.

Strip clubs have been around a LOT longer than the internet and while they do take a certain skill set to get any value for your money, contrary to popular belief on TER you CAN go to a strip club, have a great time including getting laid without spending thousands of dollars to do so.

 
OTOH, if you go about it the WRONG way, yes you can spend literally tens of thousands in a single night in a strip club without so much as getting a smell of any actual pussy.

 
If the goal is to get laid, and ONLY to get laid, I have to agree that hookers are a cheaper way to go than strippers, but if we are talking about an entire nights worth of entertainment, or at least several hours worth, than strippers, (depending on the club of course) can be a great way to go.

 
Personally, I have been with strippers, hookers, sugar babies, bar girls, casino girls, street walkers, MP girls, brothel girls, you name it and I've probably done it and I have enjoyed ALL of it. It's very tempting to look down on the way other people do it, but in my experience there is no single "right" way to go about buying/renting pussy.

Up north (NY, Boston), the laws and enforcement (LE and Club Security) were a lot tougher than it seems to be in ATL. In fully nude clubs, I don't think they even have (had?) VIP rooms (at least officially!). If you tossed a dollar on the stage and even tried to touch a dancer's big toe you could get manhandled and thrown out of a club.

I remember a club in NY that had private dance rooms. They were like a 4' x 4' shower stalls with shower curtain (cloth drape) doors; not even a chair. (And "drapery" walls; not even plasterboard.) It was supposed to be like dancing at a HS prom: face to face, rocking back and forth ... but watch where you put your hands, because --- a bouncer is standing in the doorway keeping an eye on things the whole time!! Kind of a mood killer.

EDIT: The mainstream clubs need to keep their liquor and business licenses to survive and thrive. They do not want to risk closure, even temporary, for a "touching" violation.  The underground and floating clubs were a much different story!

Are backed up with detailed (not generic) reviews.  I have nearly 300 here since fall of 2015 and I had 400+ on AF before they closed.  So what about you?  Any writings we can see to verify YOUR claims of getting laid this weekend?
