I like what you've written for your biography.  It's warm and personal, and, I think, it gives readers a sense of who you are.  I like that you wrote it in the first person.  To me, it comes across as more personal and natural than when it's written in the third person.

My website does not have a "biography" page, though I suppose most of that sort of information is on the first page of my site.  I have used snippets of reviews throughout my site, showing readers other patrons impressions of me.  I prefer to have other people say the nice things about me.  Besides, their comments tickle me.  I just love it when people say nice things about me.  :-D

Here's my pecker, er ... pecking order

1) Pics
2) Location/Rates
3) Link to reviews, if available
4) Bio

Why? Because I'm a guy, that's why. I'm vain and shallow  :)

In all seriousness, after the "candidate" has passed my screening via items 1,2&3, I become very interested in the bio as it rounds my overall impression of the lady. Her bio can sometimes leads to clues about her personality which may or may not raise a red flag.

In my opinion, the more bio the better. The only limit would be your level of comfort in posting such personal info.

athough if your an interesting TER personality
the review information will just spark my interest to meet you...

then its picture time...then I'll glance over everything else.

Cheers!

Rule #1:  Men are VISUAL creatures. This is why we like to keep the lights ON. Pics are foremost at reeling them in to get them to read.                            Rule#2: Bio should be written by yourself.  I like to see a lady express herself and her personality here. Too many ladies use others words to describe them. Sometimes this looks suspect as a self posted review. You can allways add a link to TER reviews after to confirm. SelfConfidence is sexy as long as it is not overstated.                                                     Beatiful sexy women are found everywhere every day. A beatiful, sexy, Inteligent woman with a great personality will win out every time with me.

Remember also that there are different types of visuals that appeal to different guys. Some like breasts some tushies, some legs, some face and even feet. For the most effective site photos dont leave out any of the above. I'm sure there will be some others here that will add to that list.

As much as I would like to appear more cerebral the truth is I too am first drawn in by the pictures. Then I check the reviews, then the bio page.
In respect to the content of the bio page. A seasoning of wit, humor and creativity is always a turn on where-as listings of UNaffordable and/or pretentious likes or interests are usually a turn off.

I dunno...it seems more like a travel pitch for So. California (as if it needs one...). The little bit about you reads more like one of those dossiers on the back of a Playboy centerfold...that is, a bit canned.

I actually like to read a bio, if I get the impression that it really tells me something of the lady that wrote it. The key is individualism.

Check out International Blair's site. That's info on HER, no doubt about it. Or try Red Hot Megan's site. That's HER.

The rest of your sight is beautiful, well done and well coded, I might add.

I guessed right about men going to the pictures first. However, I have been told by a few men that they have decided to meet me based upon my bio, so I still think it's important. Men are visual creatures -- that's true -- but if they're being really picky, then you want an accurate and stimulating bio. Be yourself and be personal.  Just my .02 cents.

Hugs,
Ciara

... one website stands head and shoulders above the rest.  bebedoll.com.  Nobody else can do as well.  It's very individualistic, but she knows how to write.  There is no bio, few pictures, but LOTS of ideas, and lots of bebedoll.

Bebedoll is not you.  You are a very beautiful wowman and right now, your beauty is the essence of what you convey.  I have seen enough of your posts to know there are a lot of good things sitting in your head (that thing above the the level of your breasts).  What do you want to say about yourself?  What kind of people do you want to attract?

There are three obvious ways you can go:
- I'm growing even more beautiful.  Here are pictures of how I am changing.
- I'm growing even more sensual.  Here are pictures that emphasize my sensuality
and here are the ways I like to play.
 - I have new services I want to offer.  Let me tell you about them.
This does not exhaust the possabilities.  What are your goals and what is on your mind?

If a bio contributes to your goals, put it in.  If it doesn't, take it out. Of the things you have said about yourself on the TER boards, I wonder most how you are such a very BAD girl that you are monitored all the time.

At the outset, let me say that I disagree with Harry about Bebedoll.  She can get words on a page, but that's not writing.  Yes, it's individualistic, but it's not remotely Nicole, IMHO.

Nicole, you strike me as elegant, intelligent and stylish. You have depth and breadth. You should have a bio that reflects that; it doesn't have to have a lot of words, but they should be well chosen, well edited words.

Yep, I look at the pictures, too, on websites, but I've never decided on the basis of them.  For me, the bio -- who the person is beneath the skin -- is everything.  I usually pick it up from posts because most bios are not well done.  (For one I like, because it's honest and revealing, see jadesavina.com) As for the pix, we're all going to get gray and wrinkled some day, but our hearts will (hopefully) still be young.

Hey! Some of us ARE grey and wrinkled!!!! (Ah, well, not as wrinkled, thanks to Restylane!)
