As if though it's going to stop someone in LE from setting up a sting or something. "Well we were going to bust her, but the ad says not to."

Maybe she means for clients. I know of a few and have heard from many that have law enforcement as clients. This does not keep them out of trouble from the chance of getting caught, because of course the two are discreet about it.

 So that could be what she means.

LE myths some providers believe are true (but are not.)

1) As long as my ad states that money is in exchange for my time I can't get arrested
2) A cop must identify themselves as a cop if asked. If they lie it's entrapment.
3) As long as I don't actually take the money, and it's left on a table, I can't get arrested.
4) I can always fool cops by stating "donations" or "number of roses" on my ad instead of money. It's an uncrackable code.
5) I'm safe having guys show their IDs when they show up. This way I know they're not a cop because for some reason cops don't have regular driver's licenses. (LOL)

LMAO...you get a gold star for this post! So many women do things that are arbitrary thinking it helps. If I have to ask for an ID after that door opens, it's too freaking late. How will that even stop a guy from killing me? Is he going to leave the ID in my dead, lifeless hand like in "True Romance?"

that literally knocked me on my ass when I saw it on the news.  What was shocking was how dumb the agency owner was and how LE is LEGALLY allowed to lie their asses off you to take you down.

Here is the funniest part.  (it's funny because my dumb ass actually did this when I first started out hobbying).  The agency owner had the girls show up with some kind of contract that stated nothing illegal was part of this date.  The guy was supposed to show id and sign it.  Literally the judge was on TV laughing that anyone could think this was valid.  First mistake "armchair" attorneys make is that they assume if something is logical it must be legal.  Those are the words of the judge not me.  
Note:  Any type of contract in this lifestyle is not worth wiping you ass with in court (illegal acts cannot have legal contracts again the judge not me)

Second, the agency owners' mother *yes you read that right* gave an interview that stated these dates were just for guys who wanted to spend time with women and that anything that happened after that was between two consensual adults.  To make a long story very short.  The agency owner got about 3 years.  

And the big finale!!!  LE busted "the johns" by LYING TO THEM.  Staked out the hotels, timed guys going in/out then approached them at their cars by saying "I know you just paid for a prostitute cooperate with us and we will go easy on you".  A bunch of guys folded up like a piece of paper and started talking faster than you can believe.

Here is the short dope:

*  Disclaimers in ads aren't worth JACKSHIT.  If you feel more comfortable by doing that go ahead.  Just know this lifestyle is not legal.  No amount of disclaimers will rectify that fact.

*  If the cops approach you and "advise" you to start talking remember this.  YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO KEEP YOUR DAMN MOUTH SHUT.  Simply state "I am invoking my right to remain silent and I will not talk until I consult with my attorney".  Don't fold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They have no proof you have committed a crime.  People go in and out of hotels all day long - that's not a crime.  They are hoping to shame/scare you into a confession.  If you don't talk they got nothing on you.  Oh they may get you down to the police station.  But as long as you keep repeating "I am not talking until I get my lawyer".  Chances are pretty good that sooner or later they will let you go or you get your damn lawyer and believe me that's better than talking to the damn cops.

Good list. It amazes me how many people still believe these things to be true. I guess with some people, there is a limit to how much information they can store in their brains or how much learning they are capable of in a lifetime.

After all, actors and actresses involved in pornography are getting paid for their time. So maybe if the customer takes some pictures or has a camera laying around, who is to say that you intended to produce pornography rather than engage in what may be deemed a criminal act? Furthermore, if the money is designated as a gift separate and apart from any sexual acts (you've never given gifts to your wife or girlfriend before or after sex?) who is to say that the provider is not a girlfriend?

Being a poor grad student I couldn't afford it and politely said no.

to produce that porn, it is NOT illegal, and they pay taxes on every dime they make, because many are not paid in cash. Try that one in court and see how hard the judge laughs just to be sure though.

This is America don't get scared by some damn badge.  Back in the 80s the famous track star Edwin Moses had a similar incident with a hooker/cop (Google it).  He beat it.  The key is to make sure the cops know you aren't saying jackshit without your lawyer.  Keep repeating it.

It must be a diff law in Ohio. I know a provider who just went through that with LE. She made them sign a contract with the correct date. It held up in court(this was in Georgia).

If #7 is done demand a rape kit. DNA evidence for a jury. Need I say more?
