Have you tried P4P?  There are many girls here who would probably provide any fantasy you want for the kind of money you're probably paying this Russian girl.  Personally, I would not go through with taking them both unless we were all going to be sleeping and playing in the same suite.  (Sisters can be a fun threesome - al a Queen Bia and Goddess Jez in SoCal).  For the cost of two rooms, you should be able to get a suite big enough for all three of you.  A king-sized bed sleeps three and screws six, so there is still room to build on what you have started.  

A Russian Spa? I don't know how much money you flash or how deep they think your pockets are, but it looks like the stakes keep getting raised!
