Just asking when you're with a provider do u need music so u can get into the session? or you don't need the music cuz the girl is enough?

There is nothing sexier to me than the natural sounds of two people enjoying one another.  Music and the tv are an unwelcome distraction.

I like to put on some background music personally but maybe I should ask from now on seeing as how it sounds like a distraction to a lot of people.

I used to cross the border frequently.  I had a CD of Mexican music and would select the track # of the song linked below, then push the "repeat" button.  Listening to this song continuously to and through the border got my blood "muy caliente" as I thought about the senorita I would be doing the horizontal tango with.

It's Brazilian.   People in Brazil speak Portuguese, which is the language the tune you linked is in.  People in Mexico speak Spanish.  Try some tejano, narco or Tex mex for "Mexican" music.  I suppose you think empanadas and Taco Bell is Mexican food too.  Talk about your Americano Feo.

....and I know one of the Popes created the division line and that's why all of So America except Brazil speaks Spanish.  I can add that senoritas in Tijuana were familiar with the song.....and that is what counted.

I dont have special playlists who cares about special playlists.I do turn music on during appointments with hobbyists.

It would take away from our "sex sounds"

My retired ATF would have classical music in the background. It was unobtrusive while we caught up or had a wine and was not noticed during our romp on her bed!

Thanks for posting this!!

I have recently started playing "chill out" music on pandora. Anything that helps to put my friends at ease so that they can enjoy themselves!

Seems like the thread is either for or against it, so I'm going to rethink the music thing....

I never have the tv on!  Well, unless I know for sure my friend loves ESPN in the background during the refractory period ;-)

What? I thought the German techno from Super Troopers was the end all, be all of sexytime music ;)

Just kidding. I usually play some light jazz, it sets the mood but isn't overly obtrusive.

The right music can definitely enhance the mood, while the wrong music can definitely detract from the atmosphere. I would think that the effect of the music would depend on one's personal taste.

I have found that music that involves Classic Rock by any of my favorite groups (Floyd, Zep, Yes, Beatles, Stones, Buffett, and many others) can be a distraction during intense play, but potentially bonding afterward and beforehand if our mutual musical interests intersect.   Jazz and light classical work best if she wants music...I have no problem just listening to her w/o background noise, and is generally preferable in many cases.  Disco and Rap are toxic most of the time unless she knows me, and my sense of humor.
