There seems to be a feeling that buying a longer session at an MP gets you a better experience. This usually just is not so, unless the place is completely dead the entire time you are there or you are well know to the provider and provide a large tip every time. But most guys seem to pay by the act, so if you $100 for you usual bit o' fun and keep her for 45 or 60 minutes instead of 30, she is probably losing money (though the house might like it) because she isn't getting on to the next customer and his tip.

If you take more of her time and have a good time, you should pay more. And if you expect to have a good time, you should tip generously up front if you are taking more of her time. That is if you usually pay $100 for a half-hour deal, then you should pay $150 for 45 minutes, because that's what she would be making if you left after 30 minutes and she had another session.

I notice some posters who saw popular masseuses making comments that indicated they were surprised when the masseuse seemed annoyed that they took a longer session or gave them poorer service when they did. So I thought I do the math for them.

You'd do better at one of the asian places that offers real massage services for the full hour(s) and provides extras for those who want them. NYC has well known Korean plces that are praised for their quality in legitimate massage, plus steam room, sauna, for 75 per hour with 40 tip for the goodies. Or you can go with the chinese for around 40 per hour with no steam or sauna, but at those prices its worth staying for two or three hours until your whole body feels like a melted pat of butter. You know that you're in the right situation when you get two releases per session and a massage that you remember all week from a woman who knows how to do both. A good session will integrate the sexual and the sensual so well that you don't know or care where one leaves off and the other begins.
