Just ask her if she'd be willing to accommodate. It doesn't hurt putting jewelry back in to healed piercing holes, especially only after an hour or two.

I have both of my nipples pierced as well as my tongue. I like the fact that I can remove my piercings if I no longer like them or if a client would prefer me to not have body jewelry. On my contact form I even have a section where the gent can request my piercings be removed for our date. I doubt that a provider would mind taking her piercings out for you.

As long as a piercing has healed, they can be taken out for the time that you are with her and put back in without any pain. If a piercing is not healed, it should not be touched by any foreign objects. I wouldn't kiss a girls body part with a newly not yet healed piercing.

I used to have many things pierced, never went down there.. But... This is when I was younger (ten + years ago). All I have left are my ears which will never close. The others have all closed besides my belly button which I can push through if I felt like it.  

They have left tiny marks, but they don't other me.. Nothing more than a freckle would.

My main concern about piercings are they can chip your teeth. If you are concerned about that, just ask the lady to remove them.
