for providing XL condoms lies with who?  I met a high-end/priced friend the other day for the first time.  I need larger condoms/FC's but I neglected to tell her in the set-up email (my bad) and forgot to bring some. I was attempting to be vague and discrete i my email but was apparently too much so.  Is it unreasonable to expect that those be made available by the provider?  The unfortunate outcome was that junior was choked out.

and have had no problems with ladies being willing to use them whether they had larger condoms or not -   after all it saves them a buck or two :P    

I ask because guys who are large and have issues with say condoms and being able to fit should let the lady know and their are ways without actually saying "I have a huge schlong, can ya take it?"

I am sure your friend just ran out of the XL.  Since you are a big guy, I would bring your own XL sealed in the small 3 pack.  I had a friend over last year and he was on the small side.  A regular stayed on but was not tight enough to give him max pleasure.  So I went out and purchased XS.  Now I would never tell a guy, oh you need the small size but I have them and have used them since.

just 7" or a little more in length but very thick -  almost 7 in circumference -   but a in a typical condom I only last five or ten minutes at most before wilting - it constricts and I feel less and less over time and therefore deflate...    in my favorite condoms I can last as long as I want - which is usually at least 20-30 minutes at a time....

many of the typical brands seem to be made from balloon rubber and are very insensitive as well -   and on me anyway the Trojan magnum or XL will sometimes roll down a bit, creating a "ridge" that becomes uncomfortable for the lady -

at first it was because I liked the brand - but subsequently I've been told on several occasions that it's good that I brought them, as they didn't have my size.  No point risking things.

You picked a loser.  I would never rely, nor trust a client to bring the gifts.  I always have multiples to choose from just in case.
