They do fit more comfortably and I don't know why but I seem to loose wood with the the regular ones more than with the magnums so maybe I should just bring some incase

I respect a lady's right to only use products she has had control over however I've found it prudent to carry a just-in-case supply. I've never had a gal refuse to use them although they usually say I didn't need to bring my own. I do of course bring a style I like. For a situation like this, it might be a help.
Magnum is much longer but only slightly wider than the regular. Even I can fit into it without any problem; it actually tapers at the base to create a snug fit. Several providers told me it's just a marketing gimmick to make guys feel 'big', so they use them to stroke guys' ego. London knows I am average at best. LOL.
