Hard to post negative reviews

Is it me, or does TER make it difficult to post negative reviews about providers? I posted two reviews, one was deleted because the provider was a "no show", and TER doesn't post "no show" reviews. The other is a low score review, and TER is asking for "evidence". Do they do the same if a high score review is posted? That's pretty hypocritical if you ask me.

The lady probably read your review and disputed to TER that she met you. The procedure is she tells TER she never met you, and TER asks you to prove that you actually saw her by providing the texts or emails setting and confirming the date. Once you provide the information then the review stays. If you don’t, well then the review probably comes down. Easy enough for you to verify, right?

on the no-show, ie a deposit?  If so, a review should be allowed as a “rip-off”.  If no money exchanged hands, no review is allowed.

Any performance score above 7 requires justification for each point above 7.

As for justification for a low (assuming not 1 = rip off) performance score, I haven’t heard that one before.   But I’ve seen reviews that seem very positive, even effusive, with a very low performance score. Maybe there’s an effort to ensure low scores are justified in the text as are high scores, which I think is a good idea.

Clearly we must look at what we write as others would.  Whenever I read a review, the first thing I do is look at the reviewer's history, especially when a provider has all glowing reviews.  Then if this lone reviewer rates the lady low, I get quite suspect of the reviewer and completely discount his rating.

Maybe TER admin looks at you that way.  Take deep breath, a long look in the mirror, and think about it.

Just sayin'.

"First off, she is NOT the girl in the photos from her website, which is a big no no for me. Hence the lower ratings. Overall a nice girl, but not what I expected, so I was disappointed from the beginning. Will not repeat."

While it's true that a number of people admitted in an old pole TER ran that fake pictures did influence their ratings for both looks and performance that is at odds with TER's review guidelines. The providers looks and performance stand separate from the ad if you are going to be objective and fair about things. It's fin to mentioning that the ad pic is not accurate/the actual person and that you were disappointed due to that situation and helpful to others.

You're scoring seems to be a bit at odd with how others are scoring and the profile that indicates the pics are accurate. You seem to be the only person saying the pics are of a different person though one other does say something like if not her really close.  Would be helpful if you actually mention how the girl you saw differs from the photos on the her web site.

Given that this was an approved review (and very short so not sure of its value to others) I have to wonder just what you had in your "low score review" that was rejected for further evidence.

Last, more about operational behavior, TER certainly used to more closely validate new reviewers to be sure they are generally inline with the stated policies for submitting reviews and not just submitting however the person felt.  More often than not that used to be reducing scores that some excited newbie was submitting without understanding/or having read the rules. Nothing hypocritical at all.

Good and bad ones. Specially bad ones to warn members.

Simply provide screenshots of your correspondence with provider ( texts, emails). Upload your screenshots to image hosting website and give them the link.

And stop whining, it’s not sexy!

I dont really see whats so bad or off about his that should be asked for evidence , at least from what you've cited here.
I also don't really think we can make any conclusions on the unpublished reviews based on his existing review.

I also never heard for an unpublished review being asked for evidence.

What regencyhobbyist has said is pretty common I think, but that would require a review to actually be published first (obviously, for provider to read it and then dispute). Being asked for evidence in an unpublished review is pretty unheard of, at least to me.

Just a hunch, but I have a feeling that the one published review is the one being questioned. It’s really low compared to the others for the lady, and claims fake pictures while the other reviews seem to say that her pictures are real.
.
I just went through this with a friend who is a provider. She received a clearly fake review (followed by a demand for money from the guy to take it down). Unfortunately for her the review stayed up for a few days until the guy failed to provide proof of the date actually occurring and she provided the extortion email at which time it was taken down (and his other reviews were taken down too). That’s why I suggested to OP to just submit the emails or texts to solve the problem. It’s really a simple solution if the OP really met the lady.
