Personally I think the proper response to that question is "is it OK if I help?" lol

The goal of any LEO is to get you to incriminate yourself, this question does nothing to further that end, and actually pretty much ends any chance LE would have to get you to incriminate yourself as once you answer in the affirmative she is going to either have to arrest right then or come up with some kind of excuse to not take off her clothes if she were actually LE.
