Have watched very little. But it appears that the team leaders are the ones always getting canned. Guess the secret to becoming a CEO is be a follower, don't take risks, be just political enough, and set everyone else up for a fall. Why don't the team leaders do the firing...fire the person on the team that contributed the least or the one most responsible for the failure to meet objectives. That's more real world. And why can't Trump be fired by the Chairman of the Board for failing to select the right team leaders. Their failure is his failure. He should be held accountable.

Thanks but no thanks. Left the corporate world 15 years ago to do my own thing. Never could play the "game". Got by on talent but that'll only take one so far. My wife, on the other hand, has the stomach for it. She's had her nose pressed up against the glass ceiling for the last 20 years. For all the indignities she has suffered as a women along the way, at least she has been compensated very well. Funny, she uses the same firms you cited for recruiting.
Makes me wonder how many fewer women would be providers if women were treated equally in the workplace. And how many more men would be providers to women in high positions that leave little time for marriage or relationships.
And being the skirt chaser he is, I'm willing to bet the winner is one of the hot piece of ass women....and he's sleeping with her within a month of hiring her.
