It actually sounded like Howard was playing dumb and that her on the show was a paid advertisement trying to front as an interview. If Howard was accepting advertising dollars from Cityvibe, he'd be accused of being a real sellout but since he put it on there as Hi, let's meet such and such because our other guest didn't show and these 2 girls were supposed to be competing against her in a game...

The other day on Howard Stern this NY escort gave a description of an average day in her life working as an escort for Cityvibe, driver and all. She told how much she got and how much Cityvibe took. When asked if she was independent, she said "No, I work for an agency, Cityvibe and she gave the link we all know.

According to WHO IS, CityVibe.net and .com are controlled by  Kari, Alix (AK2702) [email protected], AKA Entertainment Marketing,   4605 Lankershim Blvd., Suite 200, N. Hollywood, CA 91602, (818) 508-1515 (FAX) (818) 508-1560.
They may franchise various cities however.
E-mail Alix and tell him or her you are interested in investing in a few franchises, and you may learn more about the structure.
I have read of many cityvibe scams in LA, but why was I not surprised?

I heard that interview on Howard Stern and agree that he must have been playing dumb. No one could be as wired as he is, and yet come off as such a stupid jackass about escort services.

For example, they were just playing one of Kimberly Taylor's (Penthouse Pet) appearances on Stern's E-show (over two nights). Kimberly, of course, the famous Shauna of New York, who gets such great reviews on TBD. Yet, Howard would have us believe that he's unaware of her as an escort, and that she just runs a pizza parlor and she's upset with Koreans.

As for Howard's show these days, he's shilling non-stop during the show, let alone the interminable advertising breaks. Maybe, Cityvibe comped him for the plugs. This coming from a guy who years ago got upset with Jackie the Jokeman for getting some discount rooms in Miami.
