I don't work ESCORTING on my time of the month but I do occasionally do SENSUAL BODY RUBS

If ever for some reason you have to, here are some tips

Take a couple ibuprofen, usually 3-4 200mg tablets works (it slows down the flow a lot sometimes even stops it for a few hours)

And get a sea sponge from cvs or Walgreens.

Break a piece off, clean it with soap and water of course, dry it off
Then push it inside of you.

Feels soft and natural and works great.

 
I learned this when I was in adult magazines.  

Ladies would sometimes start their cycles during or right before taping and they would use sea sponges and continue lo
