I see this often at Cityvibe, probably other sites as well. Somebody copies the "appearance" section from the profile. Aside from it being useless, it makes the provider look especially stupid when it says "real photo: Yes " and there is no photo in the ad. Sometimes it even says "photo accurate: No " right in the ad. Or there is a link to TER reviews, and the only reviews are horrible!
So are these ads even real? If it says photo Yes, then I assume at one point there really was a photo, and the provider took it, along with the rest of her original ad down (there must have been some sort of ad there before for the reviewer to link it), but does Cityvibe just post these to keep their numbers up?
City vibe leaves old ads up to show a false volume of listings. Many of the girls with terrible reviews have already moved on or are working under a new name. Fake listings are not as big of an issue as on Craig's List but old ads certainly are.
