I like daytime visits. Noon or 1pm, and usually book 2-3 hours.
Low volume provider, it doesn't matter too much. High volume, than yes definitely want to catch them early.
I love to stop by on my way to work, sets me up with a smile for whatever comes my way later. Also, I don't show up at home in the evening smelling like another woman.

i second what HGL said .. late mornings say 1030a to 12 or so ... usually quietest time from work or SO calls. 
and besides after great sex i tend to crave Beef !! Tommys or Fatburger hits the spot

I sleep in a bit, get my housework done, take a nap, shower, and I'm raring to go.
If it is going to be a dinner date, then after a couple of hours we can dine before the crowds hit, and I'm home early enough to not conk out.
My mental attitude is also great because I don't have to think about going to work the next day.
I'm not sure what earlier really gets you but depends on what you expect freshness to mean for you. If it's just about being the first guy of the day and a psychological aspect for you then that works. If you're finding that the ladies you see later are really not clean then I suspect finding women with better personal hygiene habits will be better.
If you're thinking of energy and performance later might be better. I have heard the ladies say that they are more "relaxed" after a couple of sessions so able to be more vigorous, and most can still tighten up on command so that might be a more enjoyable session. Think about having an active day and the next morning your muscles are a bit tight so moving around a bit uncomfortable, but after a bit of warmup everything is fine.
For me, my body and libido seem to prefer sometime in the 2 - 4 AM time frame so unless I have some over night session I settle for other times when the girls are working.

Our usual routine was to have morning sex (BB of course, I'm her boyfriend) and then I would drop her off at her incall on the way to my office. I try to minimize the impact of ATL rush hour traffic by booking around noon.
About 75% of my booking requests are for between 10am - 3pm. That seems to be the standard. Most of my clientele are married/work professionals/dads who can only sneak away during the day. Early bookings (7am) are usually non local clients catching a flight right after. Evening bookings are usually single clients who want gfe and longer sessions.
If you prefer to be the 1st “fresh” client of the day, your best bet is a low volume independent provider. MPs are pretty intense.. even going at 6am could still mean they’ve had client(s) before you.
I prefer early morning between 8am - 3pm because if I want to hang with family or the grand babies I can but I also have a couple of clients that come to see me in the wee hours of the morning since like QB I am an early riser and I see those couple of clients between 4am - 6am. I am also low volume and RARELY see more than MAYBE 2 clients a day and that would be one in the morning between 8am - 11am and then I MAY see another one between 2pm - 5pm depending on the length of the date.
I'm one of those who likes to start my day early and then I can end early unless its for a lunch/dinner date or an overnight.

My preferred time is 12–1 PM on weekdays (mostly Monday–Thursday). Mornings are very busy for me at work, so noon works best. It lets me wrap up the majority of my important tasks before 11, then hit the road.
I’ve stopped going beyond 30 minutes max and now prefer a quick 10-minute drive. Between 12 and 1, I’m usually horny enough to go two rounds. Afterward, I shower, eat, drink coffee, get ready, head back to work, and still make it home on time. I always use my own body wash to avoid smelling like a woman — that’s a must for me. 12-5 or 6pm allows me enough time to get back to my normal self 😝
