Going on a Mexico cruise in the coming months.  Visiting Cabo, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta.

Are these good places to hobby, or is it all run by catels, and the such, and dangerous?

Anyone have any info or tips, even if it's just a reliable Mexico website for services, I'd appreciate it!
