and while it's arguably part of Mexico. I don't consider border towns to really be Mexican, they are a breed all to their own. That said, I would probably drink the water in Flint before drinking anything but bottled cerveza or tequila while in TJ.

 
Speaking of useless boards, I think it's probably time that TER gave up the pretense about being a truly international review site with dozens of discussion and ad boards that have NEVER seen a single post. All they do is clutter up the front page and make it hard for Court to find the non existent Milwaukee board, regardless of how many fingers she uses. lol
