i get that all the time..they never really mean it..

but I really don't think she means it...   perhaps (for a change) this woman has allowed the hormonal surge to take over.  Usually it's the man whose hormonal surge, post coitus, leads to such statements.  
Typically, providers and perferably their clients may enjoy the feelings but are wise enough to control them.  Now if that is not the case, you have a problem on your hands & should not see her again...  if you want to remain in the P4P relationship.   On the other hand, if both of you are free & interested, you can explore the possibilities of taking this out of Pay4Play.   BUT if you do so, you may never bring up how you met.  It's not fighting fair.
