I've never been in that situation but distractions causes me to loose focus & go soft.  A ED drug might help but only if you use your mind to focus on the lady you are with.

I've taken the 50mg V and it did little to help.  My doc just gave me 100mg but I haven't had a chance to try that strength yet.
