Maybe not camping . . .

Has anyone ever taken a provider (or if a provider, been taken) on a camping trip?  Or how about any other form of adventure tourism?  You know, like mountain climbing, bicycle touring, kayaking, white water rafting - things like that?  Personally, I'm into bicycle touring, and though I doubt I could ever afford to bring a provider with me on one (they tend to be pretty long), I do think it would be fun.

Although, you probably wouldn't have much energy at the end of most days to take much advantage of anything, but still...

Certainly, you would need to find a provider who is interested in your particular form of adventure travel, but you have to figure there would be some out there.

I spent a great afternoon in a secluded section of a national park with a provider.  We had wine, poetry & a few games.  At one point someone on horseback rode by...as we rushed on a few clothes.  We both had a great time.
I don't know about some of you, but I look for any opportunity to get out of the hotel room environment.

I love hiking, kayaking and mountain biking so would love such a booking.  I've been on one kayaking weekend with a client and other holiday trips when I've forced my companions into a boat or onto a bike :)))

However, I know that if I have a really great day skiing/kayaking/biking then I'm probably going to pass out as soon as I my head hits the pillow.  So it possibly wouldn't be the best escort experience for the guy.

But then again, there is always the morning..... ;)

I had enough of roughing it in the military. However, a Winnebago with lobster in the fridge sounds like fun.  Hiking and white-water rafting?  Hell Yes!  Bring it on, baby!  How about skydiving?

Hugs,
Ciara

I had my "cherry popped" not too long ago and have become fascinated with it.

I know you are alot more experienced at that so, you can be my mentor.

Just my opinion...

I take my boat to Florida every winter, down the intercoastal waterway; wife does not like to go this way so she flies down and I usually get a friend to go with me, but I've thought it would be nice one year to enlist a provider I'm a regular with for the trip - last about a week, but boat has all the comforts of home and I dock overnight at towns/marina's along the way, so it offers a chance to see coastal towns, dine out..and with a hot provider, would be quite fun - but I'm unsure what they might want to charge for such a lengthy excursion...certainly paying the hourly rate would be tough for me.

...or a squash player.  Fucking your competitor sounds like fun to me.  Winner is on top!

{Winner is on top!}

Well, when your doing an unsupported cycle tour with a bike which weights about 100 pounds - including camping gear, food, etc. - you tend not to get very competitive.  I'm usually happy enough to have made it to the top of the last hill.

I think it would have to be a credit card tour, though, where you stay in hotels every night and eat in restaurants.  That way you could at least take a shower every night.

Like a freind of mine used to say, I like the kind of camping that involves hot showers, convenient ice, king-sized beds and room service.  Still and all, I think this sounds like it would be a lot of fun, with the right sort of traveling companion.  Establishing compatability vis-a-vis the travel agenda, and general suitability as a fellow traveler, would be the key to making this work.
