We hear this a lot, but this one was pretty obvious, no reading between the lines:

appearance: 10 - One in a lifetime
performance: 8 - Went the extra mile  

But in the Juicy Details, he writes: "She deserve 10 for look and 10 for service."

What happened to the missing 2-points

Usually, the 10 appearance is a more expensive date
and almost every time one pays the higher donation, I think it makes them feel better to justify with the

Exactly. I've always found the objective nature of the performance score a bit puzzling, since it's certainly as subjective as appearance.

So another possibility is the reviewer did not understand the rating system rules. Many are confused by it. Perhaps the lady qualifies for a 10, according to her profile (or impposter should have caught that), but the reviewer did not receive the "extras" that qualify her. He may have thought she had to provide said services in his session and not just "offer" them. Many seem to make that mistake.

I won't say TER rules for scoring performance are "dumb" .....
because I said that once in a review where I could not follow the rules and give the lady a "10"....
and TER mgt told me delete that opinion.

I guess 7+1+1 maxes out at a 9. So there's still that one missing point.   For sure, the system could use some adjustment
