But I would definitely have a serious talk with her about all aspects of the business, and not just the ones you think about off the top of your head. It's not that I think it's even a good or a bad idea, I just believe that a large part of being happy with it is having ownership of your actions. As long as they're good at what they do, and they are happy with their decisions, then I'm happy.
