A young lady I know ran some pictures by me to see what I like or what I thought might work. She took alot of beach photos, two piece thong type of suits, some with water splashing on her. I found I like beach shots, in the water on the sand, it doesn't matter, just be at the beach. She isn't the only one who has ran beach shot pictures by me. I find that I like the whole backdrop and scene. By that's me.
Oh I hate garter belts, pictures, in person...they're a hell no.
I took a provider to Hawaii a few years ago. I took a lot of photos of her on the beach in various skimpy bikinis, and provided her with copies. The last few years, she has always included two or three of these beach shots in her website photo gallery. She agrees as well that they seem to be effective in pulling in customers that she might not otherwise get with strictly lingerie or nudity.
... closer to my area (Northern CA), I would've offered you a free photoshoot this past Summer since I was testing out a newer system I recently acquired - I'm still testing through Oct.
I'd say that at lease 60% of my shooting is on location/outdoor shooting. There are countless of locations and backdrops that can be utilized in the outdoors which can produce more creative shots with a variety of different looks that can add to a provider's boudoir style portfolio.
At least a few photos that show different variations of smiles (full smile, half smile, grins, etc.) is nice. I remember reading posts on different sites where hobbyists mention the lack of smiling in some provider's photos which could possibly affect a hobbyist's interest on making contact.

A few months ago I had a photoshoot with an escort. While I would have enjoyed location in the outdoors, logistics just did not work.
To me, a semi naked women in a plain, white, mens oxford shirt is sexy as hell, AND offers a variety of ways to shoot.
I also enjoy shooting a nude women on a bed with white linen. A variety of posses with the white providing a great contrast. Black linen if the lady is ultra white.
Light on the suds, please.
Believe it our not, those are hard to get given fogging, moisture on mirrors, enough bubbles to show what you want to be seen.
I once photographed a wet t-shirt series. Subject was shivering when we were done.

I think a mix of different types of shots is best. I would not like to see all outdoor shots because I'm not a camper. So some outdoors, some beach, some bedroom, some lingerie, some with lots of skin, etc. You smile in your pics which is good... as someone mentioned. That creates a friendly, welcoming vibe. So, keep doing that.
Most women know their best assets. Personally, I like beautiful hands with long slender fingers. Maybe I jerk off too much to cause my hand fetish. But if hands are a good asset, show them. Show legs, neck, face, chest, arched back or that flat stomach if any are your best asset. I like a picture of a pretty face with a hand on cheek and neck well revealed. The neck and hands can reveal a lot of how a person has lived and worked.
btw- show a bare neck in at least one photo to prove absence of an Adam's Apple.

Now here's the trick shoot (or have shot) just a veritable ton of photos each photo shoot with several outfit changes.
THEN like once a month? change out the photos so that people start hitting your website to see the new sets. It will keep you in the minds of customers. "hey what's she wearin this month?"
Also your desire to Smile in your photos? keep it up! Guys like to see smiles even if they don't consciously realize it.
As long as the pictures are an accurate representation of what I will see when I open the door, I’m good. I tend to ignore ads with shadowy photos, photos that look like an attempt to disguise a woman’s real figure , and photos that don’t show skin.
Bonus question: Do pictures in front of Ferraris, the Eiffel Tower or in a hotel suite that looks like it cost $5k a night impress me? A resounding NO! Quite the opposite.
I actually prefer those where a majority of them show the gal almost like you would see her in everyday life. Obviously somewhat dolled up... Maybe one of a "weekend look", then an "out with gal pals look", maybe a swimsuit one.... Basically, multiple looks...not all just in lingerie or bikinis
Perfect, are full body shots dressed to go out as if on a date or even going into an office where office attire is still required.
It gives me a perfect vision of how she looks with no real surprises.
A photoshoot is supposed to bring you new clients, so make sure your efforts are well worth it.
