piss on those boards graves as well......
Hmmm, I wonder if TER is making their move to become relevant and useful once again?
I guess we'll know when the number of reviews in the database spike back up to over a million and a half reviews.
Yep, I've been waiting for those Kiev and Kuala Lumpur discussion boards forever. Brilliant.
rather than working on making TER more relevant in the US again. IMO it's not a good sign.

I hope they don't think this is the solution.
to make up for a lost revenue by not fixing the problem here in the US. And if they succeed IMO they will drop the US like a hot potato. TER busy on working on things that do not include the US. This does not give me a good feeling at all.
Steph :-/
and while I love bananas, I was hoping to be long gone before things went this far.
Oh well, we had good run.
There are almost as many boards as members online. 😂
I hadn't noticed until I saw your post. All the new boards are name only right now though. Clicking on them takes you nowhere.
TER was always global but predominantly USA. Maybe they are planning a move to become more of a Euro / Asian oriented (pun intended) website. When the billboards posting the URL and ad copy seeking new members go up in Shanghai and Dubai, that will be another clue.
.
My browser cuts off cities below Chicago, London and Ohio. Is Manila (Philippines) there? Is the Philippines there? Is Colombia or Dominican Republic there? (Santo Domingo is not on the list.)
.
Do you think it's premature to ask them to add Mars, Moon, Europa, Enceladas and exoplanets to the Regional Boards?

and you should then be able to get the whole menu drop down on your screen.
And as far as exo-planets go, be sure to add Raisa. (It's a Trekkie reference.)
well no idea what this is about. Europeans got their own board within their own language and I think people actually stick to what they are using since a while
but all I get is an error message when I do.
I'm using TOR, and maybe that's why.
For people using a VPN, can you get to see any of them?
One of my Phoenix ladies moved to Sydney but I believe she will be visiting the USA when I'm there. (wink, wink)
Like there aren't enough legal independent escorts in Sydney!
So freaking ridiculous! This all or nothing mentality here. Fucking idealogues who refuse to look outside the box and consider the consequences . The politics works here like it's drivers. When not looking at their phones, they only look straight ahead, without considering what's in the rear view or side mirrors and then don't signal their intentions until after they've already moved. So the collateral damage is dealt with by saying "whoops!".
Just needed a little vent.
Have fun.
to scroll, so I can't access the boards at the bottom of the page for each column, including Los Angeles where I'm at. They're just cut off completely.
Altogether there are now 96 regional boards, not quite one board for every member, but pretty damn close.
I am hoping against hope that TER really has a plan and that this is somehow leading to TER becoming a viable review site, but aside from being trying to make the case that TER is truly an "international" site and not geared 98% to the US, I really don't see the point in having 96 dead boards instead of the three or four dozen dead boards we had before.
Didn't even occur to me. Lol
Note that there are lots of new Ad Boards, too.
And all blank. If a tree falls in a forest....
a bunch of Tihuana boards. There has to be method to the madness? I'm all for it if the reviews come back.
Its Tijuana, not Tihuana, but pronounced like you spelled it. Lol
Stick around and watch Chimpy butcher the English language.
that would finger smartie's asshole and smell his fingers afterward.
Earth to The Chimpster: you are the only one sniffing your fingers here.
On my computer it cuts off the list and I can't scroll down but when I go on to TER from my phone you can see the full list on regional and ad boards.
If you go to this page: http://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion_boards/index.asp ,
the main Discussion Boards Index Page, you can see the entire list of Regions and Ad Regions.
.
Still, I think that programmers could have made the drop-down scrollable, too.
check to see if there's been any action on the Florida board and I can't even see it! Lol! So I went to "My board posts" and clicked on the last one I made in FL, and got there that way. Not a lot happening anywhere here. Twitter's still fun, though.
She would advertise on the Kiev Ad board. Her reviews would show under Kiev. Boston guys would learn to read the Kiev Ad board because that is where she is based. Her posts would indicate she is visiting Boston, week after week after week.
I wonder if something like this could develope?
TER needs to add enough cities outside USA before announcing the Sister Cities list pairing them up with US cities. Makes sense.
Or maybe for deniability they'll let us compose and post the sister-city matchups.
Here are some lists:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sister_cities_in_the_United_States
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_twin_towns_and_sister_cities_in_North_America
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lists_of_twin_towns_and_sister_cities
Looks like a bunch of popular US cities for R&R have no siblings: Phoenix, Hawaii, Chicago, Las Vegas, Hoople, Atlanta have no sisters listed there.
.
Other organizations probably have useful Sister Cities programs and lists where other cities might be listed.

Wikipedia is not always the greatest source of information. Honolulu has something like 33 sister cities, and that's just Honolulu. There are other cities in Hawaii who have international "sister cities." Even Wikipedia mentions the sister cities in the Wikipedia article about Honolulu, yet it's completely missing from the Wikipedia article you linked. Anyway here is a more official list:
you go in the world, very few people don't like Hawaii. Lol
I did notice a lot of missing data and some other cities I checked keep their own lists on their own .gov websites.
.
There are sister city organizations based on art and culture.
There are sister city organizations based on ethnography.
There are sister city organizations based on commerce and trade. I'm not sure the commerce and trade groups would welcome P4P as a basis for establishing sister city relationships, so ...
.
Somebody needs to create a sister city dbase website based on intercultural international boinking relationships ... separate and apart from TER. A provider based in Dubai might have sister relationships in LA, NY, LV and Honolulu.
A provider based in Tokyo might have sister relationships in San Francisco, Dallas, NY and Honolulu. A provider who visits and is listed for Dubai, Paris, Kiev and Manila may be assumed to also visit LA, NY, LV, SF, Honolulu, and Chicago.
.
And so on. Naturally, we want to avoid too much confusion, so the sister city dbase might have to take some shortcuts and not list EVERY relationship, just the most useful ones, to avoid ambiguity.
Yes, they are "live" in the technical sense, but by no means are they "lively", nor do I think they ever will be.
I hope this is just the opening gambit in a bigger plan for TER, because if their plan is to "go international" at the expense of their US operations, I think they (and us) are going to be sorely disappointed. There are already several international review sites out there and NONE of them generate any significant revenue.
Honestly, who is going to pay three hundred dollars a year to join a site that reviews hookers in countries where prostitution is legal? TER thrives in the US because prostitution is illegal. I travel to a lot of countries where P4P is legal and I never bother with reviews. Some things are very important to me in a session. What she looks like? does she offer BBBJ as opposed to CBJ? does she DFK? is she legit and not part of LE? All these things are very important to me and well worth $30 a month to get access to the reviews that answer these questions for me since I can't very well ask the provider herself "do you offer BBBJ?" , well at least not in THIS country I can't.
It's a completely different story in other countries. In countries were prostitution is legal you don't need a review site to get the answers to these questions, you can simply ask her in person. Which is more reliable, reading a review that claims a girl offers DFK and BBBJ, who may or may not offer those services to you, or simply asking the girl BEFORE agreeing to any kind of date, "Do you give BBBJ? and are you a good kisser?" The answer is obvious and is the main reason review sites don't make a lot of money in other countries.
How's this? The new international regional boards were "opened" by admin yesterday.
They are very far from "live."
Just watch out when posting on those boards, I'd hate to see you banished to Tennessee. Yet another board that was dead long before FOSTA/SESTA came along to shovel dirt on the grave.
piss on those boards graves as well......
