Why so few well reviewed providers under 30?

Within a 100 mile radius of where I live there are several hundred thousand people. But I can count on one finger the number of providers under 30 worth seeing. And now she has "retired" so basically there is no one. Isn't this odd for such a large population to have no one available? I am talking about well reviewed providers only.

Several hundred thousand in a 100 mile radius is, by the demographics of the business, sparce.  Probably not enough of a market to support many ladies.  I travel to a number of places like that, and hardly any have much to choose from.

By comparison, even a mid sized city typically has half a million in a much smaller circle than that.

I wish it was different, but I suspect you will find it is a financial fundamental.

We have quite a few well reviewed ladies under thirty. Over thirty is harder here.

I get the feeling they are in it for the short time.  High unemployment, low pay or make in 1 day what you make at a real job?  It's easy money till something goes wrong, arrested, bad client, family sees add. I See the young one come and go but some do hang on.

Agree with you. Most of 20 somethings try it, but really can't handle this life. They come and go like rain. Can't blame them, but money can't be the only reason you do this because their resolve to continue is not really there.

Here there is a lot of turn over but many do stay long enough to get numerous reviews and they are replaced usually before rthey leave with another lady who starts getting reviews. The down side is when I get real comfortable with one she moves on. Not just from me but from the business. Then I have to break in a other one. I am some what loyal and will stick with some good ones for a long time.

This is one advantage of traveling for business - different areas have different types of ladies.  As mentioned above, some areas have lots of younger ladies (college town area) and some have some wonderful older ladies.

They move on, a lot of them come back and than develop a brand the most important thing in this business. Many young providers, not even reviewd and could have great reviews but they don't because they always change their profile to avoid various factors. A lot of younger ladies do not under stand the aspects of this business(I'm just here to get some quick money get that car, pay some bills). Start off with a great reputation, maintain and build on that reputation think how far they could go. One of my favorite young ladies got arrested last year and she had to abandon her brand she is back and works under a differnt name, with out as much success but that's far from the biggest thing holding her back, you no the main thing's that brings a woman to being a provider and keeps them here. Until they learn how to market their brand as a business, I know they are the ladies I like to see don't you.

Personally, I don't see this as a long term career. It's psychically and emotionally impossible. I think a lot of younger girls think this way as well, which is why they don't stick around and get back into the real world when they feel it's necessary.

Also a lot of gentleman don't review me for some reason. I would say less than 1% of my clients have written me a review. I guess they just want to keep me all to themselves. ;)
