You will find younger ladies are more uncomfortable with even knowing of a ED problem.
However, If you seek out a more mature lady you will find... its like others have stated "Its No Big Deal." Tell the woman that you prefer giving more oral pleasures than receiving. You'll find a Happy woman. Good luck.

I hope to get a good answer from a provider, as well as my male counterparts advice on this one. If I am starting a medication that will not allow me to maintain an erection but I still want to have some intimate time with a provider, should I tell her beforehand that I just want to DATY or wait until the actual appointment starts? I am asking because I had an experience with a very sweet girl recently but after about 5 minutes of DATY, she wanted to focus on my pleasure but I just wanted to dine.......I had to tell her about my "little problem" but it was awkward at that point to just keep going as I could tell she really wasn't enjoying it. So, is it ok to just say tactfully, I would like to make an appointment to taste you??

Since  "any monies exchanged are for modeling and companionship only, no other services are intended or implied", it should not be a problem

Each lady is different.. You can be upfront and honest with each provider..
remember we are here for YOU!!

im an older guy and dont spurt like i used to.    the mature ladies seem to be more comfortable with companionship and intimacy versus getting you off and on your way.    that being said,   ive seen a couple of younger gals that are mature beyond their years, but they were exceptional.  follow fefefines advice for your situation.

Thanks. I appreciate the feedback!

I will pop a low dose of Levitra, less than 5mg, a few hours before my session.

I have a medical condition and do take some meds that can cause ED.

The Levitra doesn't conflict with the meds I'm taking so it's never a problem.

However, if we do reach a point where it doesn't seem to be working we don't make an issue of it.  We just move on to other ways to pleasure each other, such as DATY.

I am in this situation as well.  Taking Viagra does the trick for me.  When I'm off the meds, V isn't needed.  But I gotta take them.  Have you/can you try ED meds?

I have not seen my doc about ED meds thus far, but obviously it's time to have that talk. There's nothing like wanting to "go all in" with a beautiful lady and not being able to! I just started the meds recently and the ED came right along with it so it is a very new issue for me.  Honestly, the warnings during the Viagra commercials about possibly maintaining an erection for six hours had me thinking twice as well! In anyone's personal experience, does the viagra or Levitra just help initially with getting an erection (leaving everything to happen as it naturally does at that point), or does the erection always persist even after orgasm? If so, for how long?

I have used both. It is not so much that they help in getting an erection you still must get stimulated, but they help keep the blood in and you hard. I use only half of the dose I buy and it always does the job. The erection has always gone down slowly after, but can also come back easily. Remember your teenage years when you could get stiff just looking at hot girls. The warnings are for people who have adverse reactions to the pill which is why you should talk to the doctor. For me the side reactions are a stuffy nose and a mild headache. I just keep the dose low which is why I cut my pills (low dose pills are just as expensive as full dose so I buy full and cut in half). If your doctor says its ok to use with your meds then I wouldn't worry to much the person more likely to get into the problem you see warning about is someone who does not need to use the pill but uses it.

It is possible with your new meds that side effects will diminish over time.  That'd be nice.
For me, I can get wood very easily with viagra but after orgasm it goes right down. Just like any drug, it affects different people in different ways.  As with all disclosed negative side effects, they are generally uncommon.  I believe the 6 hour deal is rare.  And I think it is as much an advertising tool as warning.  "Man!  I'd LOVE to have a 5 hour boner!", etc.  Follow doctor's orders and you'll be fine.
