Some of the providers list "Massage" as the only service they offer.  Do most of them offer some form of "happy" ending or is it strictly massage?

If you want a massage then get a provider that offers massage.
If you want Full Service then go for a provider that offers FS. If you want a provider that advertises only massage and hope that she will give you a happy ending then take your chances but don't come crying here if you are disappointed.

Another caution about a "massage" ad. It lets the provider up-sell. Ex. nude, happy ending and FS all can be add-ons. When you complain, you will be referred back to the ad.
