The other day I was caught very off guard! A new thai client had went to thai land and had got marbles inserted under the skin of his penis! At first I was very very alarmed! Then I remembeded the yakuza would do this and also many thai men, this was the biggest I have ever seen. I am looking to get a few Genital Beadings. There are many terms for this type of body mod. The most common are Yakuza Beads, Speed bumps and pearling.

Incorrect. The prince albert is a piercing passes through the urethra(http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/PA). It is a full on piercing. What this lady is talking about is actually a implant(http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Genital_Beading).

The implant can be implanted through different ways. One is like a piercing where they clamp an area of the skin and use a needle to pierce the skin. They then leave the bead in the flap they created. The piercing method is the best option when getting the beads put in.

Trust me I have a Prince Albert and an Apadravya. Both are in the head of the penis. The prince albert goes through the urethra and exits towards the back of the head on the underside of the penis.

The Apadravya http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Apadravya passes vertically through the head of the penis. There are multiple penis piercings and they all have a name.

A Ampallang http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Ampallang much like the Apadravya passes through the head of the penis. But it passes through horizontally.
